Happy Easter to everyone at Delaware Valley College & everyone on the D-3Hoops site!

Unable to post on the baseball site, but on the MAC page, the baseball rankings are listed under the softball site spot.  Gotta get this off my chest as well, hope to heavens i NEVER see Imus in person (they should make him pay for every single trip the Lady Scarlett Knights have to take for the rest of his life!)

O.K., no more posts until the schedule comes out, but have to say this.  Not for one split second that the Rutgers Women's Basketball Team needs any defense, but i can not believe that not one other women's team, D1, 2, or 3 said one word on behalf of the Rutger's team.  Hope it was manifest through e-mail or snail mail.  Lady Rangers & Lady Royals - one more month!

Kate,

The WBCA did issue a statement on the Rutger(no apostrophe)s matter.

The person who says something can't be done shouldn't stand in the way of the one who's doing it.

Pat Coleman

I am pretty sure I saw Pat Summitt on ESPN in the past week speaking out against Don Imus.

Lefty2 & Pat, thanks for the info - was especially glad that Pat Summit spoke out. not to mention the other coaches - thanks, again

OB, I'm sure you'll recognize that there's a word from the Imus show that was not in that set of lyrics you posted.

None of which justfies the apples-and-oranges comparison you want us to see as legitimate.

You got that right, Pat.

This board isn't exactly accustomed to your style. I felt it was more likely to be taken seriously here than in your usual haunts, so it needed to be debunked.

Just a few short weeks until Drew & Scranton are out of the MAC - seriously, to the Scranton posters, please remember that DVC lost both games to you guys by ten points - my Aggies gave you some real competition.  Drew, you were always super classy.  i'm sorry that evidently you haven't scheduled FDU?  Also, i'd like to take this opportunity to wish the Aggie softball team the best luck tomorrow in the MAC playoffs at Wilkes!  Certainly hope that if the Aggies have Drew or Scranton on the new 07-08 lineup that  the posters  from there come up & say HI!  To borrow a phrase from Lyco 80 - atb!

kate

Posters, i don't normally do this, but please read my post of page 59, especially Drew & Scranton folks - thanks & Happy Cinco de Mayo :)!

The Aggie 2006-07  season is over, and once again, i'd like to commend DVC S.I.D., Matt Levy for a tremendous job keeping the athletic web site extremely current.  The memorial for the V.T. Hokies is precious.  Good heavens i miss those b'ball games.  Can't wait to see the 07-08 schedule - what a year it's going to be with our new MAC members!

Just read one of your old posts...Yes, Drew hasn't scheduled FDU, nor will they. Drew, apparently thinking themselves "too good" for FDU (except on the field/court, where we now regularly beat them :)
will no longer schedule FDU in ANY sport. This is a directive straight from Connie the athletic diector...
