i want to be the first to give madd props to FDU for coming out and playing a good game tonight, i personally think we never really got going and didn't hit shots but that doesnt take anything away from what they did tonight, i'm about to head back to the gym to watch the guys game but i want to congratulate fdu on win tonight over kings

When we did the projections, it became clear the last four or five teams were not going to be intuitive picks.  But each of them had numbers that were just good enough to get them in. 

We had Albright as the 17th Pool C pick out of 21.  At this point, the OWPs are in the mid- to high .500s and the regional winning percentage in the high .700s.  Plus Albright had the feather in its cap of a win over a regionally ranked team (Gwynedd-Mercy).  Many teams left on the board did not.

Not the strongest resume in the world, but strong enough for us and, more importantly, the committee.

They couldn't throw it in the ocean that day and they suffer the consequences.....

The MAC teams are overrated..... LVC is average at best and if they took Messiah to the wire then Messiah is in trouble with Cabrini....

Tierney dropped 29 on Cabrini but had little help from the rest on GMC...
if Messiah is a one gal show, I say there is an upset brewing

I think you might want to do some homework before you start calling a team (Messiah) overrated.  Are you aware that they have 5 wins over NCAA Tournament teams and beat the defending National Champions by 14 this season.

Hey, did you know that Messiah's schedule is ranked No. 1 among ALL the Division III teams in opponents' winning percentage?  It is .669, and second place isn't even close!

Hmmmm, I wonder who GMC played this year?  Perhaps I shouldn't be so hard on you...  Does the "TC" stand for "Totally Clueless"?

While the MAC may not be the MOST dominant D-III women's basketball conference in the country, it certainly cannot be compared to the deflated PAC.

In all honesty you are doing a disservice to Cabrini, Gwynedd-Mercy and the PAC.  I am sure your namesake would be proud of you. Isn't he the person who tried to incite NYU fans at last years GM/NYU game and later took it to these message boards? I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Yes I am pround of him, and again your CLUELESS. The NYU dopes incited us, get it right if your going to start something.

How is he doing a disservice to Cabrini and GMC? Just because he believes that the pac gets a bad name because the teams at the bottom of the league STINK.

You will see, Cabrini will give ALL MIGHT Messiah a game. Trust me I know its not easy to go there and win but they will play with them.

And we will see how LVC does against GMC if they meet up in the ECAC's.

While Messiah has some weaknesses, being a "one-gal [sic!] show" isn't one of them. [Disclaimer: I'm anything but a Messiah fan.]

LVC (22-5): right now, they're playing fairly good basketball, way beyond all pre-season expectations. With a starting lineup that has four frosh, all of them very talented, they've made for some interesting games. Are they better than G-M? Who knows? Are they better than Albright? In the tournament game on Albright's court, they clearly were ... by 14 points.
