O.K., Del Val's schedule is up with a total of 14 members, seven freshmen!  GO DEL VAL - please stay healthy in practices & scrimmages.   Our season starts one week from tomorrow.

It was great to see Alisa DiBonaventura & her Widener Pride today at the scrimmage!  They have a good squad so look out Freedom Commonwealth.  The Aggies have some solid new talent to supplement the returning Kim Vennera, Second Team All-MAC & Brit Battinieri last year's Rookie of the Year.  Kean will undoubtedly give em all they can handle, but we shall see - Go Del Val!!!

In yesterday's post i forgot to mention how great it was to see Alisa DiBonaventura's parents & little niece at the DVC/Widener scrimmage.  Also was kind of glad to see quite a few fans & parents out to watch - it was our first ever time to attend one.

Good luck this morning to our Aggies as they try to regroup after yesterday's loss to Kean.  We'll be watching the D3 scoreboard.  Also, i hope Kean wins out this afternoon as they go for Baldwin Wallace.  We might take in the 3 pm DeSales/Scranton game.

DeSales beat Scranton today to win their Starter's Pub Tourney.  We left right before the end cause i like to get off of Route 22 before total darkness, but i think they had 8 points on em.  i wouldn't mind having Scranton's little number 5 in any lineup - she's great.  Gotta check the rest of the MAC teams.

Very much appreciate the fact that in one weekend we got to see two pre-season All Americans, Melissa Beyruti of Kean and Leigh Anne Burke of DeSale's.  Both of them certainly lived up to their honors.
