The NCC offense ran 77 plays to Gimbleman's 54 because Aurora couldn't stop the run.

I thought Aurora looked pretty susceptible to the ground game.  SJU rushed for 6.8 yard per carry with 4/5 fresh faces on the oline.  I know they wanted to test their new QB, but I think SJU would have been better off in that game if they'd have given Aurora a steady dose of Trost and Vouk.

We probably could have played keep away a bit more than we did.

If Johnnie fans take off the rose colored glasses and look at the real weaknesses of SJU, they'll know that unless the Johnnies make tremendous improvements over week 1 vs Aurora Johnnie version 2021 won't make it to the inaugural MIAC Championship game.

Wow, talk about gloom an doom! 

And another 84-6 win this weekend won't make me feel any better

Some D1 team is losing 9-3 to a D2 team!

Thanks for the continued attention and support for your neighbor faunch. It's just game one as a D1 Program and your already on the edge of your seat following along. Loyalty. It was nice to see the non scholarship Tommies beat the scholarship Huskies.

BTW, Coach Tauer just pulled in a 4* basketball recruit that had offers from Kansas, Iowa, MN, and Florida.  Top 40 class in the country for 2022.

I noticed that this morning as well, just before heading out to work. After work, I was on campus working with/mentoring some students as we start up a BU Rocket Club. Just got home to be able to post.
