Where did you order that jersey from?   I love that it's GAMEDAY cut

SJU set this order up through Big Athletics

A tradition unrivaled...

I'm probably the only one that loves this new format. Because we get to see those two teams play twice this year.

If not for the post-season implications, I wouldn't mind it.

Same.  Good for the conference, bad for the playoffs.  And will bad for the conference long term if only one team can ever get out.  Teams will lose motivation to excel.

Is the post season selection show tomorrow?

I think 4:30 EST, if I remember correctly.

Given how the last two games have gone. Confidence in SJU being to slug it out not playing their best or concern the team peaked too early?

Congrats to the Johnnies. Great game, beautiful atmosphere with the snow falling. Wish Roste hadn't gotten sidelined on that last drive.

Bethel isn't dead. We've gotten a few necessary breaks today:

- JCU upset Baldwin Wallace = no OAC at large
- RPI neat Union and Cortland beat Ithaca = no LL at large
- UWRF beat UWO, means BU stays right behind UWL and GAC likely stays ranked.
- The 2 losses are about as good as two losses could possibly be.

UWL is probably the first or second off the board. Which means Bethel likely get discussed for 3-4 rds by the national committee.

To confirm, from the search I did, the selection show is tomorrow at 4:30 PM CST.

The Johnnies will be facing a huge challenge against semi-final calibre teams.

I feel victimized by the Johnnie Magic.

A group of obviously tipsy Bethel students were giving me some **** in the parking lot before the game.  I just smiled and wished them luck.  All is right in the world, now.   ;D

Must've been at some level of impaired judgement to give you lip. Lol no doubt less imposing SJU types were available.

Lol, I'm old now, so maybe they weren't intimidated.  It was all in good fun.  I was just amazed to see drunk students at Bethel!  :o

Well, when it comes to SOS, you can't make a stronger argument than SJU.  The Johnnies have the strongest SOS in D3 by quite a ways.  They have the strongest Opponent's Winning Percentage of 67.07%, meaning they played teams that finished almost 7-3 on average.  And not creampuffs either as the Johnnies have the second highest Opponent's Opponent's Winning Percentage, second only to Bethel, of 55.71%, meaning those 7-3 teams all played teams who finished over .500 on average.  The Jays played a tough schedule.

I think they get a #1 seed before UHMB (163rd SOS).

How many years has it been since St John's last had a #1 seed?

I apologize, sort of, for setting my Gagliardi bobblehead out near the TV as a "shrine" as the second-half began.  Worked again!  ;)
