Looking towards next fall, St John's schedule, at this point, opens on September 10th in Collegeville against Whitewater. Then again as it stands currently there's a bye week before we go on the road on September 24th to Arden Hills to face Bethel. Quite a gauntlet to start the season that will undoubtedly have postseason implications. Fortunately we should be healthy!

Just because we think you're bat-**** crazy doesn't necessarily mean that we don't believe you.  No offense, but I personally think you're full of hot air.  :P

Gary mentioned in one of the latest Football Weekly shows that they're trying to get a game 9/3, but not a ton of teams are willing to open with SJU.  I'm pretty confident that they'll fill that weekend.

A tradition unrivaled...

I'm getting back to this forum weeks late, but...  my daughter and I were extremely disappointed that SJU lost in round 2. She was born and raised in MN and I still live in MN, but she's a UMHB student. She was home for the holidays and we were really looking forward to attending the UMHB/SJU game in Collegeville that was supposed to happen. We even ordered UMHB cold weather gear. That could have been classic. D3 superpower from the south travels to the small college football mecca in the woods in the winter. Oh, what could have been.

I really thought, going into the game, that North Central would come out on top, but UMHB really took it to them! 57-24, final. So sitting on top of the Division III football heap is UMHB, North Central, Mount Union, & Whitewater.
Agreed...I thought NCC would be able run more effectively. Was it true they had to shuffle their o-line because of Covid issues? Not sure it would have mattered much.

Anybody out there have YouTube TV? I'm a little pissed at them and Disney for having a pissing match during bowl and holiday season. My opinion is that Disney is trying to force viewers over to their platform. I've heard that Hulu Live isn't very user friendly. I also don't like being forced to switch carriers. YouTube TV is so freaking slick to use.
Thoughts???

Same. My YouTubeTV service cut out right when the FCS semifinal game was getting good late in the second half. I went to FuboTV which is probably superior in sports programming and decent technically, but none are as good technically as YouTubeTV IMO.

Fubo doesn't have TBS and TNT...NCAA basketball early round games are usually carried there.

I tried to watch the semis and Stagg on my YouTube set-up with nothing but problems.
Still haven't viewed the Stagg which comes on this Tuesday.

They always seem to find somebody. If it's still open when we get to May, then I would be concerned. In the past we've managed to scrounge up a game against a UMAC or IIAC/ARC team. I do remember one year the Johnnies playing Marietta (Ohio) in a non-conference game.

We were supposed to play Whitworth (home/home I think), but COVID tossed that in the trash.  That would be a good opening game.
