Glad I didn't buy the video.  Even the audio is buffering...  For a high profile game either SJU or Stretch needs to step up their game.

Baldwin Wallace about to upset Mt Union which could well send Mt Union into Pool C

Mt Union hits a Hail Mary on last play to win! Ball bounced off BW players helmet into the EZ

I can't believe we lost the T.O.P. battle! In all seriousness congrats to Bethel on a great season! They fought hard & may still have a shot at a Pool C bid!

Grea season Royals!

Hope you get in tomorrow.

Most complete game SJU has played all year. The lack of running game still concerns me for the playoffs. We broke off some nice runs late but I think BU defense saw the writing on the wall and maybe wasn't going at 100%. The short passing game is our running game I guess.
My video had buffering too...not that it will help but I'm going to reach out to some SJU higher ups and explain to them that if they're going to charge for a webcast it has to work 100% and have "elite" camera work. Otherwise get a donor w/ big $$$ to underwrite it and make it free.

That said let's see what happens tomorrow afternoon and in the playoffs. It would be good for the MIAC if BU got in but w/ an injured starting QB and a 28-10 loss doesn't help their chances.

SJU should give anyone who paid a refund or a free game in the future. The first half was unwatchable. Second half was better, but still not perfect.

Think bethel will get in?

Texas Ole

I understand why SJU charges.  It makes some sense, but if the fans on this board are as they seem I am thinking most are going to the game regardless of whether or not there is a broadcast.  The ones not attending can't attend for a variety of reasons.  I can't think of another school that does charge for games in the MIAC.  I watched the St. Olaf game today, and it was crystal clear.  I know St. Olaf has put some money in to its broadcasts for events outside of athletics.

St. Olaf loses to Mac.  I am trying to think of a year when St. Olaf lost to both Mac and Carleton.

If they don't then the committee is making a mockery of the strength of schedule criteria.

Not only did Bethel play tough opponents, their opponent's opponent's winning percentage was the highest by far in all D3.  SJU's opponent's opponent's was second highest.  So not only did BU and SJU play opponents with tough schedules, the opponents they played were the two toughest schedules in the league.  BU and SJU swam in very hazardous waters.  That definitely deserves selection.

BU has a solid season of work going for it from an at large bid perspective. Split with an SJU team ranked #2 and #5 with a non-conference blemish against the team that caused a lot of havoc in the WIAC. Regional rank of 2. I guess my concern is does the health of Roste play any factor or enter the mind of the selection committee considering the 2 losses have involved him playing less than a half of football and the Augsburg scare also involved him being out. If they do get in I wonder if it'll be another matchup with the ARC champion.

Mac kept the skyline division from getting swept during championship week.

Can't wait to see how tomorrow shakes out.

Back-to-back 7-3 seasons for Carleton for the first time since 1988-89. Like Duffman said earlier, curious as to 1.) whether Singleton comes back next year and 2.) whether or not Carleton takes a step back given how senior heavy they were this year. Kudos to Journell.

DuffMan

Things are definitely looking up for Carleton.  Congrats!

Fun day in Collegeville!  SJU put together a good game today.  I was impressed with the o-line's pass protection today.  On to the tourney!

I hope Roste is alright.  The dude is a gamer and has my utmost respect.

Unless I totally spaced, the Johnnies didn't wear blue jerseys or red pants at all this season.   ???

I wore my blue jersey today--it's now 2-0 in MIAC Championship games.  :o
