Technically, providing notice of rights in unregistered marks is optional, but the prevailing wisdom is that such notice should be employed. Such notice is consistent with the rationale underlying proper trademark use, and enhances a mark's source-identifying function. Notice of rights in an unregistered mark, consists of one of the following notations, usually appearing above, and to the right of, the mark in which rights are asserted:

   1. (TM) for an unregistered trademark; and,
   2. (SM) or (TM) for an unregistered service mark.

It appears either way is acceptable, thats the way I've seen it thrown around here. Geez, I sure went through a lot to prove that point but I don't want to be ignorant about the whole thing  ;D

105,
I heard a rumor that in honor of sju56321 today the Johnnies will be applying ZIP WAX instead of Simonize. Any truth to that rumor?

...You know its gonna be a bad hangover when it wakes you up at 5:45 and your mouth tastes like sand.... developing...unfrtunately

Kilted Rat: Please refer to EngiNegros 8 levels of hangover post. It sounds as if you have a Level 3....you'll be fine. We all know you have had many worse in your SJU days! ;)

On another note to KR, 57 Johnnie & SJU56321: The use of rally beers will not be required today! A better idea is to each keep 3 of said beers on ice & use 1) Today as a celebration beer. 2)Use another in 2 weeks to celebrate the win over the Tommies 3)Keep the last  for a rally if needed during the play off run. :D

105,

I REFUSE to spread 3 delicious beers out over that long of a time period. Do you realize the Tommie game isn't for another 2 weeks? I believe I will have a rally beer at kickoff and PRN (as needed) throughtout the game and afternoon.

I feel like crap, this is where you start sleeping through alarms, you're late for class/work. You're able to move throughout the day but everything is in slow motion.
Sounds about right, this is the point every weekend morning at SJU where I would swear off drinking. That usually lasted until noon, breakfast, or until one of my roommates brought me a beer in bed...something about a hair of a dog.

KR,
One thing I found out when I quit drinking was that when I woke up in the morning I knew I wouldn't feel any better all day long.

GO JOHNNIES

I believe it was Sinatra who said "I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they get up in the morning thats as good as they're goinb to feel all day"

And as Churchill once said when Lady Astor called him a drunk, "And you, Lady Astor, are ugly. As for my condition, it will pass by the morning. You, however, will still be ugly."

In summary kids,
Life is wasted when you're wasted all the time,
but once in a while is still just fine.
As long as you can still partly think
then its time for you to have a drink.
I wish I was at Stiftungfestivity
But I still Predict Johnnies 32-3.

KR, I still remember waking up on a buddies couch to him yelling "Wheres that cat?"  Interestingly, he didn't own one, when asked what cat he replied "The one that crapped in my mouth last night!"  Then proceded to the bathroom to brush floss rinse repeat a few times to get the taste out.  Ahhh memories...

Willy Wonka

With the extra hour added to this night, will that provide the Oles with more time to gloat...or more time to cry into their Hamms at the La/Reub? I'm guessing it's the latter.

OAS - Expect Dumo to pop more than Wilsey's pink collar today. Prediction: 3 sacks.

Heading to the GAC/UST game soon. Looks like a solid day for football watching!
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

Well getting ready to head out to lunch and then to Clemens, looks like its gonna be a great day for football.  KR, ZIP, 57 I'll do some cheering for ya today unless you can be loud enough for us to hear at the stadium.   ;D  Hope everyone has a great day, the Siftingfestivies are a success, and the game is a good as advertised.  I'll stop in after the game for some light reading.  Out...
