Wonka, did I ever make your column or was my stuff too lame? I understand if it was.   :-[

You got cut, especially since you PMed me a day after the games. We're a daily and had run the info already.

On a brighter note, I just fired off an email to Dave Campbell, Minnesota AP writer extraordinairre, and Frank the Tank inviting them to Saturday's fun. There's an 80% chance I'll be in attendance. However, that improves to 99% if Mongo makes the trip.
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

Well, it was the picture next to it that might have brought down the house - google men dancing for images and check the one labeled "men dancing at Kaminabit" (KR - what is that guy's medical condition ???)

Pretty quiet this morning.  To be expected when you haven't had your daily dose of Anna yet...

The two-deeps for UWRF is here.  Their OL, from RT to LT, appears to run as follows: 5-11 277, 5-10 285, 6-4 330, 6-8 308, 6-5 262.

I think they may just run left.  Thoughts on that?

How does it feel to be a starting tackle and the runt of the offensive line?

For any Gustie fans planning to make the trip out west, they are predicting partly cloudy with highs around 75 degrees. It should be great football weather! ;D

Miacwatchman,

Your picture of Zidane's hit brings to mind the term spearing.  Are you saying that the Johnnies always tackle with an illegal hit? lol just trying to clarify what you mean by that's a johnnies hit.

It's crazy quiet in here today.  Odd.

SJU game notes are up, as are the UWRF notes.

Apparently (UWRF Head Coach) O'Grady's daughter is a Tommie.  Too bad....

Excellent, JP!

I'm a little disappointed that we won't get to see the Falcons run the wishbone this weekend.  It'll be interesting to see this "zone offense" that they're touting.  I have a feeling it'll be similar to what we've seen from the Blugolds the past few years, with a bit more emphasis on running the ball.

I think our D will stack up well against it.

What's the plan for Stiftungsfestivities?  I'm gonna toss my vote in to start a bit later this week.  I'll probably be there between 9:00-9:30.

A tradition unrivaled...
