Nice Win.  Not a beatdown, but we'll take it.  7-0 is nice.  There is a reason I am the President.

I also had sound for the whole game.

Just spoke with OAS, he was yapping about the greatness of Whitewater.  I want a rematch for the West Region title in December...

TDT...I sent you a personal message about my geographical move from LA to OC but then I saw your karma at -666 and yesterday being Friday the 13th and all I had to smite you so as not to take any more chances on your well being.

Since it's only a half hour away, I took in the UWW/UWL game today for three quarters. Didn't need to see any more. UWW was in control for the entire game. Beaver is at least as good as last year. He's either got more speed than I thought, or UWL is lacking in that department. He pulled away on a 51 yard TD run. Stanley was not used much but was covered fairly well by Steve Teeples (who I heard is pretty good) He was right on him at the line, and tried to hold him up there with some success. Stanley did make some plays. UWL went long often, and had people open, but couldn't complete the low percentage passes often enough. Their defense is down slightly from last year, but did what they needed to do. If the Johnnies make it that far again, I don't expect  an easy game, and judging from this year so far, They will have to play above what they have been doing to stay with the Warhawks.  Peace Out!!

sju56321, evidently it was somewhat helpful for me to be at the Colorado-Texas Tech game in Boulder today as the Buffaloes are ahead 30-6 in the 4th quarter and should be recording their first win of the season, thereby not setting a new all-time losing streak in the history of the program. Always nice to see a D1 football game. Sounds like my Badger son enjoyed the game in Madision.

Had the opportunity to go to a pregame party next to my daughter's place before the game. Lots of college students, a keg of Coors and plenty of shots. A couple of the guys had heard about the Stiftungsfest burgers. Looks like I will have to ship down a few pounds for the next CU home game.

Hope the Stiftungsfestivities went well in Collegeville and there was some jello available. Thanks again for Raiderguy, Fins, Veen and Duffman for making it happen.

Think I should be concerned about my daughter having on her desk a picture of herself and her roommate with two male dancers from a club in Vegas known as Thunder From Down Under, which was voted Best Adult Attraction in Las Vegas in 2006? Oh, that's right, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. ;)

DuffMan

Well, an ugly game, but a win is a win.  Each aspect of the game showed flashes of excellence, but also struggled throughout the game.  Kofoed was definitely off today.

The Stiftungsfestivities went off without a hitch.  Thanks to Raiderguy and Chris56317 for the jello shots, to Veek and Finsleft for the excellent grilling, and Johnnie Red for the meat and for providing seats for us.  We enjoyed the game next to your chiropractor!  Guest of honor was none other than Blake Elliot today who joined us for a few burgers and a frosty beverage.

Is anyonce else really surprised at the Olaf/CC outcome?  Anyone at the game to provide us with a report?

A tradition unrivaled...

Based on the SJU outcome against the Cobbers and Oles I'm shocked.
