Tomorrow will probably be a tough day for TDT. :'( The last episode of The OC. Buddy, we're here for you.

For your Rachel Bilson fix, rent The Last Kiss and advance to the naughty scene. Supposedly it's a body double in some shots, but does it really matter.

Heard this one yesterday...has to be an oldie but a goodie:
What is a man's most disappointing moment? When he walks into the wall with an erection and breaks his nose.

Not worth seeing.

A tradition unrivaled...

Wow, no post for the better part of a day-what has happened to this board-too much basketball?

OK, OK, I'll scratch my ass and rub the slumber from my eyes with a long overdue post. I know you've all missed my charming, pithy posts.
The skin from my Cabo-sunburned earlobes is now falling like snowflakes onto my shoulders. It's been 2 days now since I've had a cohiba or a margarita and I now look forward to firing up my 2-stage snowblower tomorrow for the 1st time this winter.  :'(
Seems like a month ago now, but last Monday night I went out on the pirate ship sunset cruise. As I sidled up to the open bar, a fellow with a Minnesota Twins t-shirt walks up. Of course, I introduce myself to this guy who turns out to be from Carver. I ask him if he knows the infamous Johnnie Red and it turns out he sees the godfather regularly at the gym, although, JR is usually finishing by the time he rolls in at 5:30 a.m. Had a fun night with the folks from back home, his wife won the dance contest, and I invited them up to a game this fall for some good, old-fashioned Collegeville hospitality.
JR-please give my regards to Mark when you see him on Monday. He'll be the tan one at the gym.  8)

Warning: Football related post.  :o

Gags hits the Bay Area today to visit with Johnnie alums and pick up a LIfetime Achievement Award from the Positive Coaching Alliance.  Phil Jacson (owner of a new personal best for consecutive losses as a coach) will be speaking at the awards dinner at Stanford.  Mrs. tmerton and I will be attending (and thus missing the internet broadcast of the bball game) so I'll post a report Sunday.  Hope Phil's losing streak doesn't rub off on John.

John's been picking up awards left and right - reminds me of when Keith Jackson announced his retirement from broadcasting several years ago and for an entire season picked up awards and gifts at every stadium where he did a game - and then didn't retire! ::)

Welcome back, Fins.  Post a picture of your tan/peel.  ;)

Welcome back Fins! Better get the snowtires on the bandwagon! ;)
I fly any cargo that you can pay to run
The bush league pilots, they just can't get the job done
You've got to fly down the canyon, don't never see the sun
There's no such thing as an easy run

Fins, we are so happy you made it back that we arranged a blizzard in your honor!  ;D

BTW, did you catch one of these babies?

+k's around the house.

Thanks guys and here's a round of karmaritas for everyone!

Didn't get out fishing. Intended to but the folks we were going to share a boat with backed out at the last minute so we bagged it. Didn't matter either way for me, I guess.

Sumander-the snow tires are on. You driving tomorrow?

Looks like I'll have to tough out the weather for 3 more weeks until I have my St. Patty's Day mojito with TDT in Key West. 8) 8) 8)

That place really is in a different time zone-Thursday, March 17th? I believe March 17th is Saturday this year. They really do things differently down there. :D

BTW: you guys are Karma whores...

Surely you jest, TDT.

You must be thinking about this guy!

Which, of course, will look normal on St. Patrick's Day in Key West.  ;D
