YES, The Bombay is quite tastey by the pool this summer.  I cannot believe I have to go back to work in 55 days.

Still recovering from a Level 8 (I think) suffered courtesy of the Embassy Suites  Downtown over the weekend.  NO better deal in the town than to have 3 hours of free booze and free breakfast for under 100 bucks.

+k to all, and as I finish the last XX of the night on my patio praising the upgrade to WiFi, I still debate if I should wear a stained white tank top to the "Hands of Hope" golf scramble in the am.

Congrats on the new digs. First thing I would do is take the wheels off and put a skirt around it.

DuffMan is having a fabulous day.

I left work at noon ("summer hours" -- what a fabulous idea ;D).  Stopped at the liquor store to buy some beverages for the weekend.  Lo and behold, 22oz Fat Tire in the fridge!!!  SCORE!  Apparently, they just got it in yesterday.

Life is good :)

Sorry Duff, but I really feel Fat Tire is overrated.  Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale is a far superior ale.  Yeah, I know where talking Amber vs American ale but you can't beat Sierra Nevada's cascade hops.

I use to drink a lot of Sierra Nevada. Mirror Pond Pale Ale from Deschutes Brewery in Bend, OR is my new favorite - but they are similar brews. If you guys are big on Fat Tire, see if anyone carries Rogue Dead Guy Ale.

Good to catch up on the news of the MIAC and beer and JR.
Will be in Minnesota next week, leaving Chicago before TDT arrives and runs amok.

Is Alaksan Amber available in Minn? Also quite similar to Fat Tire from what I remember.

Nice article on Blake Elliott in today's Daily World.

I'm sure Cam and Blake make a pretty good team in the real estate world as well. Nice article.

Good call on the Alaskan Amber.  I've been sipping on Redhook's "Long Hammer IPA".  I really like the flavor and goes great with steak (as every beer does).

Oh, contrare my friend. TDT has backed out of said festivities because he has sand in his...well, you get the idea.

However, Wonka is still curious if he might entertain 56321's daughter over the long weekend. We're flying in Thursday and taking in 4 Twins games before heading home. Don't worry, I'll be in RCstealth mode if you say no... 8)
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

One evening, a man was at home watching TV and eating peanuts. He'd toss them in the air, and then catch them in his mouth.
In the middle of catching one, his wife asked a question, and as he turned to answer her, a peanut fell into his ear.
He tried and tried to dig the peanut out, but only succeeded in pushing it deeper into his ear.
He called his wife for assistance, and after hours of trying to remove the peanut, they became worried and decided to go to the hospital.
As they were ready to go out the door, their daughter came home with her date. After being informed of the problem, their daughter's date said he could get the peanut out.
The young man told the father to sit down. The young man then shoved two fingers up the father's nose and told him to blow hard.
When the father blew, the peanut flew out, and everyone was pleased.
The young man insisted that it was nothing and the daughter took him into the kitchen for something to eat.
Once he was gone, the mother turned to the father, exclaiming, "That was wonderful! Isn't he intelligent? What do you think he'll be when he grows older?!"
The father replies, "From the smell of his fingers, our son-in-law!"
