KR, This is similar to the E-mail I was talking about.
I fly any cargo that you can pay to run
The bush league pilots, they just can't get the job done
You've got to fly down the canyon, don't never see the sun
There's no such thing as an easy run

They could form an NFL team with those records. ;)

KARE-11 reporting BDB is giving away free gas at the station in Baldwin. Well, kind of. The pumps were tested and for every 5 gallons, the customer receives one extra teaspoon. Sounds pretty accurate to me.

I guess the Miwaukee Sentinal had a story on how there is plenty of pumps that aren't giving you an accurate gallon of gas. Most of the times, it's more than a gallon though.

Slow news day.

It sounds like the Twins and White Sox had themselves one hell of a football game! Too bad the Twinkies missed that PAT! ;)

Wow what a week.  I am back home from NYC.  Without doubt the Greatest City in the World.  Nothing like riding the 4 train to The Stadium, seeing someone you know on the subway, bullsh!tting with them and getting 3rd row tix over the Yanks dugout comped for Clemens 350th win.  FYI: TDT was extremely visible on TV/youtube in a yellow shirt/shorts as Rocket was leaving the field after the 8th inning.  Oh the reach of MIAC PP.

Lots of culture (freaks and geeks), a Broadway show, a couple Twins games, a walk thru Central Park, and a couple of celebrity encounters one on West 43rd St (Naomi Campbell) and Alonzo Mourning at Newark airport.

Looks like my assistant finsleft handled things with flying colors.  He controlled the crowds and kept things orderly.  Well done sir and you now have all future supervisory duties when TDT is unavailable.

Oh and Ritz: Ms. Andrews was looking mighty fine on Monday evening at The Stadium.
Yellow Shirt and shorts...who comped you, the "policeman" from the Village People??

Duff is back from an extended 4th of July celebration no worse for the wear.  The weather was hot, but fishing kind of sucked except for the sunfish.

Well yesterday the flippin' DNR decides to stop every 3rd boat to check for life jackets, totally disjointing the parade. This on the day that we celebrate our independence.

These 2 yahoos were not "doing their job." They were harassing people that were showing no signs of doing anything wrong. These were the same 2 that pulled me over last 4th scaring my little girl into asking me "Daddy, are we going to jail?"

That sucks.  Those guys have a job to do, but stopping a pontoon parade?  Why not wait until they are done?  We got checked yesterday--no throwable on board.  Luckily, we got off with a written warning. :o

Sooo...   anyway, I'm channel surfing yesterday afternoon and come upon a sports bloopers show.  There's a segment on horse racing and one particular segment regarding a horse named "Hoof - Hearted".

It put a smile on my face when the announcer screams "and Hoof - Hearted's in the lead"

Gotta love an owner with a sense of humor!

Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Lowlight of my 4th of July:

5 straight days of waterskiing left me unable to hold on to my beer for a brief period Saturday night :-[  Luckily, I regained full use of my hands in a short while. ;D

Duff glad to hear all beer drinking muscles are back in action.

I used to wonder how all these tattoo places stayed in business.

Then I took my kids to the waterpark.  Tattoos everywhere.

Some people can make tattoos work, and some cannot.   :P

Look at it this way.  If you get a tattoo when you're thin, when you get fat, it will grow.  So you pay for a small one and end up with a big one.  It's genius.

I get the inflation concept Duff.

However, drawing attention to some of these flabby regions is bad value no matter what the price.  :o
