One of my friends was telling me about her favorite new drink.

one can of frozen pink lemonade
one can of vodka
one 12oz can of beer

Put it all in a blender with ice. She called it a "Strip and Go Naked", so on second thought, it might not be appropriate for tailgating! ;) :D
Bennie how big of a can of vodka?  they used to sell a strip and go naked at the valhalla steak house in the late 70's and let you keep the glass.  can't remember what was in them for some reason.

Obviously a question from someone who doesn't make a lot of frozen lemonade/orange juice. ;) Empty can of frozen beverage into blender, fill empty frozen beverage can with vodka (from bottle) and dump in blender! ;D

Okay, I will admit that I had to ask about the can of vodka too! :D

Okay, in retrospect that does make sense Bennie.  Thanks for pointing it out, now its off to the blender ;)

Mongo - I'll be there on the 8th, with said Sister. I may get there extra early to do the 5k Fun Run (oxymoron, if I've ever heard one) and then probably trying to find a freshman to shack up with after failing in my attempt last year.

Vikes opener at Pattys, Ruttles or Trains after my walk of shame on Sunday perhaps?

Happy bday to Wonka (in 40 minutes)!

Happy Birthday! ;D

SJU game preview up on www.JohnnieFootball.com
Great preview. Got the bobblehead ready and will have plenty of Redenbacher's on hand - hope it's not needed. +k  :D

Apologies for having little knowledge on the subject...just checked out Fat Tire beer online, is Fat Tire the brand or New Belgium the brand and Fat Tire Amber Ale the type/flavor?  Going out to old chicago for happy hour on thursday and was pleasantly surprised to see they had "New Belgium Fat Tire Amber Ale" on their extensive beer list.

Mmmm.  Cheap.  Beer.

Happy birthday, Willy.

Nice preview Duff.

The home opener is now only days away. Sounds like the inaugural stiftungsfestivities will be bigger and better. JR, please let us know if there are any specific things any of us can bring. I'll be toting a koolaid jug for sure. I'm open to any suggestions for what to put in it. So far, it could be Strip and Go Nekked, since the recipe has been posted here. Or, since we're playing the Pioneers, we could go with that theme, and just have rye whiskey. :o
Suggestions?

57-I will be ready for the internet broadcast on Saturday-assuming SJU can get it right and the feed works.
Check out the OAC page for more info on the Pioneers-was a nice re-cap of their recent scrimmage.

Duff-great work, but if you ever forcast an SJU loss, I know the world is ending! :D

New Belgium also has 'Abbey' Double Ale which they claim is 'excellent' with savory dishes. Sounds like a reasonable complement for a Stiffy burger.  :P

Greetings to all from Daegu, South Korea!  Yes, another MIAC football season overseas hunting gophers for Carl but hopefully this will be the last one for a while, at least.  So when the questions start getting asked about where all the Bethel posters are, I'm not around because I know nothing more about what's going on than what I read in box scores and news write-ups ;D.  So enjoy a Stiftungfest burger with the Godfather for me while I choke down some KimChi, and best wishes to all the MIAC fans here on the board.  Here's to another exciting and competitive MIAC football season with safe travels for all...it's the most wonderful time of the year!  Cheers, and Gungala Gungala!
