Everyday is payday in paradise.

Fins - I'll do my best to save you a spot but the last time I saved one was for ROR just after his surgery and the Rent-a-cops made me move my stuff.  I explained that ROR was recovering from back surgery and the guy replied, "Are you talking about that guy with the camera?  I saw him last weekend and he is just fine."  The Rent-a-cops are a very astute bunch of guys so please understand if I am not able to secure a spot for you.  I'll tell them that you are recovering from the loss of your KTV (koolaid transport vehicle).  Anyone should be able to sympathize with that statement.  Try to arrive closer to 9 a.m..  I am not sure if I can hold out until 10 for my first glass of koolaid.
Go Johnnies!!!

Veek, that would be great if you brought some wild rice sausages. You might want to bring along your grill as a backup. Sounds like we are going to have a great turnout at the Stiftungsfestitivies.

Piperinsider, if you need a ticket to get into the game, just let me know.

Thanks Veek. I'll try to get there close to 9.
Got the charcoal and TDT and I will divvy up dogs and buns duty. Saturday's koolaid will be Margarita Pioneer Punch. Please keep your children away as I will not be responsible for any tipsy toddlers.

My 16 year old son will be in attendance so please don't let your twin daughters corrupt him. He's shy like his dad.

Bennie - No one thinks that "Crocs" are cool. At least no one I've ever met. And I'm still a Caps fan, so I feel your pain.

You just must not live in a "crunchy" enough town. There are far too many people out here whose morning decision is whether to wear their Crocs or their Birkenstocks! :P

Hey, we will trade Russians with you! You can have Fedorov and Zherdev and we will take Ovechkin and Semin! That sounds fair, right?;) ;D

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) -- Denver Broncos running back Travis Henry's child support judgments might expose him to catcalls across the league this season, but they don't put him in line for disciplinary action by the NFL.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported over the weekend that court documents in a Georgia child support case show Henry, 28, has fathered nine children by nine women in four southern states and has been ordered to pay child support for seven of them.

Sounds like he should be a Viking....NINE??? Is he hoping to field his own football team in a few years?

IT'S ALIVE!!! Unfortunately...

After the SJU RB situation, it's worth pointing out a strange relationship in my area as well. I've met this guy and he seemed like a decent fellow. A Red Wing grad will be the new coach, I'd assume, since he was made co-head coach after last season.

I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

Good to see maniac is back on the board.  Quite the hiatus!

-NINE kids isn't too bad, I have at least a bakers dozen with about 10 hoodrats.  The child support payments are getting out of hand.  Oh well.  At least I got enough money to go to the vikings game tonight.
