Cobbers score again, this time a passing TD to Jake Krause.  Cobbs now leading 41-0, still in the 3rd quarter.

CC Backer-

I really appreciate the updates today (yes, your posts are being attended to). For some reason I can't patch in to the audio feed today and you're my only source for info on the, dare I say, MONKEY STOMP for the COBBERS. Maybe 41-0 in the 3rd is a double monkey stomp...not sure on the exact criteria.

A good comback win for J's nonetheless
It's not like you haven't seen it before :)

Nice d2-naia combo start for the Cobbers.

Now that the Johnnies have the win, anyone want to venture a guess on what the hell is wrong with michigan?

Any guesses as to who their new head coach will be or perhaps Carr will get a new multi-million dollar contract..........

Nice new stadium for Gustavus. Decent sized crowd and a win for the home team. They have about 20 wideouts on their roster, and several times went five wide. Looks like another team making Mouse Davis proud!

Any more news on the Cobber quarterback situation? Nelson injury or just a change?

At some point, payback will be hell ....

No injury to Nelson, Horan was just giving Larson some pt and it seemed to work, both played well again this week.  Cobbers on their way back to Moorhead a 41-7 victory over DSU, 260+ rushing yards for the Cobbs, 170 passing yards, a good balance.  Next up is Bethel hopefully the Cobbers can keep things rolling for a good start to their MIAC schedule.

repete,
I hope you're correct!

If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Zip - I vacuum packed 12 polish that I will bring to either next week's game or the Concordia game.  Are you planning on making the trek up for a regular season game this year?

Good comeback by the Johnnies today.  We have become accustomed to SJU making the necessary halftime adjustments and they did so again today.

BDB - my father called me prior to the game to let me know how impressed he was that you remembered who he was.  The Nevala's and he also listened to your radio show this morning and enjoyed it very much.

Go Johnnies!!!

All in all, a nice day today in River Falls (and a victory). Great treatment by BDB, FFalcon, Flash and Stoutguy. And of course, Johnnie Red on the burgers and ROR on the brats. Thanks to all.  :-*

Missed you today, Veek.  :'(
