Ritz,

Simply genius.  Could that be the "athlete" Snydzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz on the MWC board spouting off?
Chasing MILFs since '82...

Kohawk fans,   Mick's office is the place to go for drinks and food before the game on sat.  It's north of the CC campus on 8th st.  Good Times!  The game should be a good one on sat. sounds like it could be a bit chilly as well.  Oh well thats MN in November.  Then hopefully we will be spending Thanksgiving in Oregon.  I'd rather go to Cali though, it would be warmer.

Good Luck to the Johnnies, the scots may be undefeated yet they didn't crack into the top 25 poll all year.  Weak conf.??  That's all I got.

sju92,

Its been about 8 years since I was in  Whitewater so I really cant give any advice on where to stay.  The place to drink downtown was the Pumping Station (football hangout) but then again that might have changed too.  I unfortuately wont be able to attend (stuck about 7,000 miles away in Kuwait) so I will have to depend on this site for info.

Judging by the post from "tributetothemaninblack" a few pages ago, and his description of their wide receivr, it seems as though Blake Elliott has returned and is playing for the Kohawks.

Does anyone else find it funny that the "Pumping Station" is the FB hangout??

A little stat for the Monmouth fans. SJU is 97-11-1 at home since 1987.  If the weather is decent, there should be about 8,000 fans on hand.  Ask the undefeeted(at the time) Oles' what it was like to play at Clemens.  This will be as close to playing in a dI game as your going to get in DIII.  No disrespect to Monmouth but be afraid, be very afraid.

Hey, Kubiak78 - What are you up to in Kuwait. Military or Civilian? I have a Marine son in Iraq right now, maybe you know him. (I love when people say that, don't you?)

Here's your next and last stop johnnies:

Actually, our next stop is in Collegeville to play Monmouth :P  After that, we might make a stop in WW, that is, if UWW doesn't choke.

Apparently, this must be what Ty was referring too with the D3Hoops reference earlier.  Sadly enough, Ty's team proceeded to lose by 76 three days later.

Jan. 31 vs. Lawrence University, Monmouth, Ill.
Monmouth 93, Lawrence 85 OT (6-10, 2-8)
Behind the tremendous clutch shooting of reserve guard Tyler Snyder, the Fighting Scots stunned the nation's 10th-ranked team. Lawrence led 63-59 after a free throw with 4:13 remaining in regulation when Snyder took over. The senior southpaw knocked down three treys and two free throws on the Scots' next four possessions, giving Monmouth a 70-67 lead. After the visitors regained the advantage, Snyder nailed a go-ahead trey with 35 seconds left. LU's Chris Braier sent the game to overtime with two free throws with nine seconds to play. In the extra session, Snyder added another clutch trey and two free throws to finish with a career-high 22 points. The turning point of the overtime occurred when Jason Murren blocked a Braier attempt in the lane and Snyder grabbed the loose ball and passed it ahead to Troy Bennett for a layup that put the Scots ahead 82-76. Bennett punctuated the victory with a dunk at the buzzer, giving him 20 points. Travis Miller added 18 points and six assists and Anthony Beaird made all six of his three-point attempts to finish with 19. His 6-of-6 accuracy tied a school record, and Monmouth hit 14-of-21 from beyond the arc. Braier led LU with 32 points and 12 rebounds. Chris MacGillis added 18 points for the Vikings, who are now 14-2 overall and 8-1 in the MWC.
