Kofoed sounds like he his spot on today-way to go. Hopefully this will be the next step for this team, starting strong on the road and taking the crow out of the game early.

Saladin is both an absolute stud and a nice kid.  He was #2's host when we visited.  SJU doesn't get many kids from Ill, but they sure got a good one with him.

Looks like AK is on today. Where's zip with his gloom and doom?

Obviously it's just the receivers doing all the work--Kofoed still sucks because he had a rough game and a half earlier this year.

I swear-- it's a turf thing for him.  Today's game is on turf-- and the only game left on grass in conference should be at Bethel.

It still might be a sunny/overcast thing... all the home games have been sunny, the two grass games were rainy.  It looks definitively like it's not a home/away thing.

Sorry Esq, missed the XP.

Ha 56321, you and TC have met I think.  He was shotgunning with Duffman and the crew at UWW 2 years ago.  TC brought the 16 or 22oz Milwaukees Beast Ice.

TC- get real-I can't wait to meet you.

Was it you or the other zip code-related poster I met earlier this year?

No-- the sun always shines on SJU football.   ;D

I just think he struggles to scramble on grass, and thus tends to throw off his back foot more.  The "truer" footing on turf gives him the ability (subconscious?) to step up and throw the ball.

SJU defense holds again.  SJU ball again.

Guys,

I called Zip out on the Kofoed issue a couple weeks ago.  I think he was more frustrated with the consistancy issue than the Kofoed sucks comments would indicate.  Zip is a great guy that wants nothing but the best for SJU.  Let's keep everything positive including comments about other posters (except Ritz ;D ;D)
