Especially one DLineman I remember was very quick to go to the ground on a trap play.

Section--that is an outright lie!!

I am not "smallish" in ANY way.  My technique was crap, and I was not quick.  I was just better than the people I was blocking, much as it is today!!

i dont think we start a lineman (O or D) that is below 240.  maybe bushy (strong as hell though)....
