Thansk for the support guys, I know the the Cobber family will take it upon themselves to make things as comfortable as they can be for these two guys. I am hoping that the team will rally around them and that everyone will use the game saturday as a release.  No worries,  Cobber spirit will be overflowing at THE JAKE...  Kohawks beware.
RB George Rogers, about the upcoming season:
"I want to rush for 1,000 or 1,500 yards, whichever comes first."

Bottomline:  a little more speed on D and One more playmaker on O is keeping the scots from winning a national title with their current team.  But the intangibles of tanney, and the skills of the playmakers we do have will make saturday's game a lot more interesting than the D3football.com nation think........

Kohawk Nation extends its prayers and sympathy to Cory Johnson and Kris Peterson on the loss of their parents. It really puts this game of football in perspective. Sometimes we take it too seriously.

Here's to a clean, hard-fought game on both sides of the ball. May the best team win.
4 IIAC football championships
8 NCAA football playoff appearances
13 straight wins over Cornell in the oldest football rivalry west of the Mississippi

I laughed, too, ritz. I love the way these guys think. Using Scot logic (no offense, OAS), "One more win was all that kept SJU from a nat'l title in 2000". Or "one stop on D and a fourth score on O is all that kept MH-B from winning a national title with last year's team." Good grief.
Nice day, huh?

Ritzy,

I agree with Duffman.  I think you better either start the drive to Collegeville/St. Joe tonite in case there are any unforseen problems or carpool with Veek in the Denali and cuddle up with a few brewskis.

SUMMIT!!!!!

M & G, and all other CObber posters, readers and fans:

My deepest sympathies to Cobber Nation on the loss of what sounds like two wonderful, loving, caring parents. My prayers go out for them and for Cory Johnson and Kris Peterson and their families.

I'm sure a double monkeystopout would be what Diane and Warren would have enjoyed enjoyed seeing.
After the game, the king and pawn go into the same box.
