Isn't the "mighty" MWC the same conference that ran St. Olaf and Carleton out of it because they were too athletically dominant?

Cobber Fans-
   It was the parents of the Cobbers that showed up in force at their game with us to cheer on their boys against a team that was at the bottom of the conference, in a game that was being played 3+ hours away.  That's dedication.  I'm sure that these two parents will make this Saturday's game as well.  They might not occupy a seat, but they'll sure be there.  My condolences to the Cobbers.  Best of luck, and stay healthy.

Order 105 back at ya from your friends in the Liberty League......Both Union89 and Holladawg are ex-Union players....unfortunately, the only way we can get a Johnnies/LL rematch is in the Stagg.....St. John's rolls through Linfield and Union bitch slaps Mount Union....

PS - Union89 and many of his RPI cohorts fell in love with RedHotBeanie a couple years ago....she still around??

Good luck to the Johnnies as well.  It would be nice if we could have an all MIAC final to the west region.  I don't know how likely it is, but it would be nice!

OFS-- it was 23 years ago, and it will be another 23 yeas before an MWC team can beat a mid-level MIAC team,  much less the creme of the crop. But I'm sure MC's Women's Studies program is unmatched

i think we dropped women's studies 23 years ago as well b/c the women on campus were starting to think to highly of themselves and it was hurting fball recruitment, ala colorado.  anywho i was 3 at the time and it means nothing to me, b/c my recruitment trip was excellent ;D

disclaimer-please not the extremely sarcastic and imagined nature of this post!!!!

M&G-Well written story about Cory and Kris in the forum today, thanks for the link to it.  Cory has been at each practice this week, but Kris has not been.  I also did hear that Peterson might be suiting up for the game on Saturday and Cory will be a full-strength for the Cohawks.  It was a hard weekend for the Cobber football team.  I know the spirits are high in Moorhead for tomorrow's game.  Should be a good one.

It's nicer today weather wise, but I heard mid 20's and snow for gametime.
