Alex Kofoed will have one more chance to stap 'em up as he's been selected to the Aztec Bowl roster.  No word yet on whether his request to have the game moved to Collegeville will be honored.

St. Olaf (Horace Gant), Concordia (Grant Weller) and, potentially, Bethel (Brandon Carr) will also be represented.

freebird, you seem almost civil on the IIAC board, what gives over here?

Got a question about the MIAC for the Johnnie posters.  Does the MIAC have an all sports trophy like in the IIAC?  If you do with you not having women's sports do you and ST Ben's combine for that award?

There are seperate Men's and Women's awards (http://www.miac-online.org/Sports/gen/2007/all_sports_competition.asp?nl=8).

St. John's cleans up on the Men's side (duh), having won the last two, 7 of the last 9, and 8 of the last 11, and holding the early lead this year.  St. Thomas pretty much cleaned house in the 80's and 90's, but they haven't done much since they presumably dropped their football program altogether around 2000.

You will find I'm generally a nice person.  However when it comes to comments from Johnny fans I find it fun to banter,  especially when it makes TDT and Duffman freak out.

Bethel gets pulled through the mud a lot on here and for once this season we have won the games necessary to have an upper hand in the discussion.  While it may come off this way I truly don't mean to offend Johnny nation as a whole.

C C Backer - When you cite someone else's work, as in "your" Chuck Norris fact of the day, it's considered kosher to cite the source.
I put that one on here a few pages back you Joe Biden-like plagiarist.

So, what's up with johnniefootball.com.? Should I take it off my links bar till fall, or are there plans for off season articles?
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

In the interests of accuracy, which this board is all about, Logan Flannery is NOT Scrubby41's grandson. Met Flannery's parents last night. They had never heard of D3football.com.  When I asked them about their fathers, dad said he didn't think his father knew what his grandson was doing. Mom said she didn't think her father knew how to use a computer. Or. it might have been visa versa.  Scrubby's Revenge

Looking for a Bethel win Sat. in Pella. and on to Mt. Union. A loss in Pella will probably be the result of weak pass defense, from what I have seen from my seat in Tacoma. (e.g. Augsburg)

ROR - Was looking forward to seeing you again this Sat. at Bethel. Maybe next year at St. John's. Never been there but have driven by a hundred times.

Don't go anywhere, flash. We've got a lot of interesting stuff planned for the offseason. It just won't be coming as fast and furious as during the season.
Nice day, huh?

Um, how do you know she wasn't talking about Scrubby?

Not surprising that his own children are trying to disown him...

But really, he did say repeatedly that his grandkid was from Lakeville, no?  I'm still convinced it's Flannery until we get more conclusive evidence.
