This just in..."The Game" Harvard-30   Yale-24   2OT

If you ever get a chance to get on either campus both have great stadiums

I just heard the NCAA wanted to move the Linfield/Cord game to Moorhead because of the $3.25 pitchers at Mick's Office - you know how $$$-conscious the NCAA is at the DIII level.

KR and 57,

I got a call from a buddy who had 4 great seats for the Wild game tonight he couldn't use.  Between the red line and the blue line, 18 rows up.  Had to run and pick them up.  Listened to the last 15 minutes or so on the radio in the car.

Bus Driver,
Too early to tell.  OXY is a good team they just have had 2 real bad breaks.  Interception that went for a TD and fumbled on the one yard line that went for another.  It could easily have been 21-14...so we'll see how the second half goes but #6 is a good team...of course great teams make the breaks also.
Sounds to me as if though the Johnnies just decimated the opposition.  Too bad about the injuries.  Could that hurt you next week against WW?

Monmouth, congrats on a great season.  Hope to see you again soon.

Cobbers, congrats on the big win.  Guess the NCAA had you seeded correctly versus Coe.  Do some damage in McMinnville next week

Linfield is affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA.  The American Baptists are a lot more, shall I say, liberal.  They dance and even drink.  Hell, they could be Catholics.  ;D

Ritzy,

Do us a favor and ride with Veek in the Denali to UWW next Friday.  I plan to totally redeem myself at the weekly shotgun championships.

Rumor that won't die: Veek won the Shotgun Championship Belt at halftime today defeating Duffman with ease.  2nd place was Mrs. 56321 who beat her own husband hahahahaaha.

More "dancing" at the Catdome (and a bit of 'tipin the red cups before the game -- Oh those Baptists!

Elliot another TD to open the 3rd quarter:

Cats 42- Oxy 7

Well what a game that was, looked good for about 3 minutes into the first quarter and then boom, reality kicked Monmouth right in the teeth.  I went to the game with my grandfather and couldn't believe that this was a playoff game and I tend to second that statement.  Apparently being a top team in the MWC is a lot like a middle of the road MIAC team, maybe.  I guess Monmouth can see what they need to work on now to improve their team, maybe get a O-line or some guys that can play in the secondary.  On the one touchdown to Lofboom, the safety went to make a diving interception, however Lofboom was there to make the catch and there was no defender to tackle him.  Total domination by the D, offense averages 11 yds a play, it was like playing Macalester!  Should be a great game next week though, not willing to put out the $54 to ride the bus or drive all that way though, my comfy chair should do nicely.  Great game today, sorry OFS didn't see anything real positive after the initial 3 points.  Your QB spent a lot of time on the turf so it was hard to get any plays really going.

Linnenman with the videogame refences hilarious, I remember playing Tecmo Bowl with LT and thats a lot like McNamara looked, it was great to watch.

Monmouth's defense acctally reminds me of Concordia's goalie last night........www.gojohnnies.com......check the score........we even lost 3 unallowed goals

Yeah, I saw that.  I don't think the third goal should have been disallowed.  They called coincidental minors, but think they just didn't want goal #13 up on the board.  There were no whistles until the puck was in the net.
