Buffer,

Thanks for the updates. Hope your bro recovers well and realizes how awesome of a career he had at SJU and how much he helped the program!

Great news to hear Good will be a go.

Definitely will keep the Monmouth kid in our prayers. His name is Morrison, correct?
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Sounds like the Monmoth kid is not in real good shape - keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Certainly will.  I hope we will continue to get updates on that guy.  Is any specific news available or is it just rumors floating around?

Good news about Good, at least.

D O.C.

So sorry about those serious injuries.

Weber down to the 6!!!!!

This is a lot like the Olaf game!
KR,MR,ROR,57 et al. Reference my post on pg.81 of the MWC board. We must have all been thinking the same thing at the same time. I know us in the staduim Veek,Dusty,Carbo,Duffman saw a lot of similar situations. Well, as MR says, time to invade the WIAC board.Do you think we can get them to 200 posts by next week ;D
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

MU-1.55yrds/play  -3rushing   SJU-11 yrds/play  287 rushing. How does that work with those "little" linemen???? ::)

cobbernation

Stats from Moorhead:  Cobbers 347 yds rushing, Coe had 47 yds on 27 carries.  Northern had 40 of them.  Coe had 47 yds of total offense in 2nd half.  Looks like the Cobbs will meet the Cats next week.

Looks like Elliot had a good game 7 TDs.  Nice work.  But I still think that Blake Elliot is better of the two Elliots.  Good game for the johnnies, good win and good luck against UWW.  What happened to the injured Scot everyone is talking about?

retagent

I warned everyone on the WIAC board, so I may as well get in here too. Be very careful driving through Wisconsin. They have a 65 mph speed limit, and enforce it very strictly. You might be able to get away with 4 or 5 miles per over, but keep a sharp eye out for the Highway Patrol.

kiltedrat,

I wish you had never come up with that "Catnip"  idea its already starting to get annoying

Kilted Rat

Kubiak,

Especially if I don't start getting royalty checks or if one of us has to play them.

In case anyone was wondering, 79 in a 65 in Juneau county in I-94 is $156 or at least it was in 2002, even after I told the cop I had been driving for 10 hours and had 3 to go in order to make it back in time for kickoff of the Packer's game. :-\

Wow, what a game. That wasn't what I expected, but it was quite fun to watch. I haven't seen a d-line completely eat up an offense like that in a long, long time. McNamara looked like a kid in a candy store the way he was running around making plays. This might be a bit heretical, but it was a lot like watching Novak in his heyday, cutting through gaps, making every tackle possible, and so on. The offense was really working, too. Early on I commented that I didn't think Kofoed would have to make even 20 passes. I guess 13 was the magic number. The running backs had GIGANTIC holes to run through. Wow.

Sorry about BF. I tried to keep him away from the keyboard, but the bugger is a pain in the ass sometimes.

Nice meeting a whole bunch o' folks at the tailgate. 'Twas a great time. I'll post some vids of the shotgun contests in a bit.
Nice day, huh?

Shoes, yea he had 6.5 sacks tying wag's. That was frickin' insane.... ;D

Oh, one more thought:

WW gets to see the tapes from the USTD game and this one. What do they see? A team that runs for 250+ yards a game, both up the middle and around the corners. Gearman plays a quarter (2?) in the UST game and doesn't make a catch in this one. Good and Zahaur miss most of this game with injuries (anyone have an update on the Z man? Hip injuries suck. A lot) and it appeared as though McNamara had a whole new role today. He's always impressed me, but he never seemed to be a featured player on the D before. The way he was making tackles, it looked like they had the D set up to keep him as free as possible as much as possible.

Yes, sir, WW is going to see some funky game tape, that's for sure. The best part? Even if they find some game film that's more indicative of a "typical" Johnnie offense and defense, John and crew are already cooking up new formations, plays, and strategies that no one has seen before. Man, I love this team.

GO JOHNNIES!

I'd like to know, too. It was downright scary the way he was lying on the ground.
