From the Strib game article:

McNamara, an undersized defensive end at 210 pounds, spent most of the
afternoon racing through the Monmouth line unchecked, a fact Monmouth coach
Scott Bell felt was mostly to the credit of St. John's defensive tackle Damien
Dumonceaux, whose one sack hardly tells of the havoc he created.

Asked what St. John's did defensively that gave his team the most trouble, Bell
said: "No. 97 [Dumonceaux]. If you watch the film, No. 97 basically caused every
sack by flushing Tanney out of the pocket."

TRU

Anyone know more about this? Now we know why he had no receptions. A little banged up going in against WW.  :'(

Meanwhile, junior wide receiver Kyle Gearman, who suffered bruised ribs in a win over St. Thomas Nov. 12, played the first few offensive series Saturday, but was still bothered by the injury and did not return. He will undergo x-rays on Monday to see if the injury is more severe than previously thought.
When I was moving straight ahead, I felt fine. But any time I had to change directions, it hurt," said Gearman, who sat out practice before returning Thursday. "It helped that we scored three touchdowns right away and built up a big lead. That made the decision easier.

1964 NAIA
Linfield, Ore. W 28-6

So the Kernals have two wins over the WILDCATS!

You also know from your website that a member of those '60s teams was once the LINFIELD head coach and is in your Hall of Fame.
Not many head coaches have voluntarily left the job (LINFIELD has  had 4 during their 50 year winning streak) and returned to assisstant. He is now a scout for the SD Chargers.

This will be a fun week (even though the johnnie posters outnumber the warhawk posters by about 10-1)  Won't be there for the game but bring Ole and Lena and the rest of Minnesooota down to the "Perk"... god I hate that it will always be Warhawk stadium to me.  Perkins stadium sounds like it should have a cafe right outside it.  You guys should have a good time. ;)

BTW SJU92,

What did you do or who did you Pi## off to get a -6 Karma

sjusection105

It appears the WIAC board is where the hot topics are this week. Oldpa even says he is done with Post Patterns until after the SJU-UWW game. It seems he doesn't like the Johnnie Nation :'( I know my feelings are hurt. I guess he only wants to talk football and not Hamm's or 80's Wrestling. Wow,I'm speechless.
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Kubiak, I "offended" someone with the special olypics pic. You know, the one you posted and then removed. I actually feel bad about it, that was not the intent of the post. So I apologize to anyone who was offended. I'm sure my karma will be -50 by game time... ;D

SJU92#57,

I think you will see your karma rising.    :)
