By the way, the average IQ in Minnesota just went up. I had a new grand daughter last night in Hastings.

Congratulations Flash. Hastings has had some pretty solid H.S. football over the years, do you every get over there in the fall and take in a H.S. game?
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

I'm all right too t merts. By the way BDB, I have been clued in by the flash regarding your wide spread empire. Coach, entrepreneur and all-around good guy.

Speaking of our deluge here in SE Wisconsin, only one of our three golf courses was open for play today. There was a big "water zit" on the 18th. Highlight of the day, an eagle on the 524 yard par 5, 8th from about 125 after driving into a fairway bunker.

You guys are making me blush. I was in the picture, if you look closely you will see a swizzle straw sticking up out of the water, that's me snorkeling to the bathroom. I didn't make it in time, but no one noticed.

Congratulations, Grandpa.

I thought you were the guy wearing the striped track pants on the left of the pic.  All the other drinkers took time to put on high topped rubber boots.  That guy couldn't be bothered and went in something below the water line.  I missed the swizzle straw on my first look.

EDIT: I had to check that I was spelling 'topped' correctly, as I almost typed 'toped'.  Upon looking up the definition of 'toped', however, I find that it would have been applicable to Flash anyway.

retagent.....did you cut a 5 iron?   ;)

Flash...congrats.  I cant wait for that day, well, when it is appropriate anyway.  I saw a beautiful home go crashing into what appeared to be an overflowing river on the news.  Very sad.  I hope you and your family are safe.  After close inspection, I see the swizel stick, is that a bare butt below it.

Mr. Ypsi

snoop,

You seem to be pulling away from -300; I was afraid it was hopeless!

It may be nearly impossible to pull you up to positive numbers, but here's a boost in that direction.  C'mon folks, beat the 'trolls'! :D

Mr. Y...thanks and back at ya.  I just got smited before you hit me with some love.  There was only one other on line.  I just can't figure out why he would smite me.

It wasn't me.  I gave you lovin' (from -296 to -295, feel the love?) along with everyone else on the first two pages.

OZZ...I know who it was,  I sent him a pm and asked him why.  No response.  Maybe I'm wrong.  I appreciate the love and will keep spreading it.  The MIAC board is a lot of fun.  Good natured ribbing with each other, unless you are a Tommies fan ;) I look forward to all the crazy topics you guys come up with.  I wish my son would have come to Minn, either school would have been great, but I guess he was uncomfortable with the distance.  I can certainly understand that point of view.  He also turned down a chance to play at Minn. St. Mankato,

I think that two Pac Ten schools expressing a lot of interest in him swayed his decision to play at the JC level this year.  I hope he made the right decision.

Have seen 3 or 4 games 105. We have had several players in the WIAC from there also.

Re the rain, not too bad in my area. North and west a little got the bad stuff. I think BDB's area got more than us.

Re the IQ raising, there will be a temporary delay before the Mn. IQ gets higher, as Grandma Flash is zooming that way as we speak. That will drop it for sure. You guys might even feel a little dumber as she crosses the state line.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Hope you find what you're looking for. Oh, and your son, too. :)

Happened to notice the picture on the front of the NYT this morning -

Yikes. :o  Looks like southern WI got hit pretty bad.  Apparently this isn't retagent's house though (didn't realize you were in WI, retagent; glad you're okay).

When is Duff scheduled to return?  Did Fins ever make it to the House of Pizza?  Is the House of Pizza still intact and open?
