Dust is right.  I've got it all under control.  Big things are lined up for later this week and beyond...

EDIT: BTW Veek aka Little Wiener Doggie---I am speechless.  You will have a lot of redemption to get back in the good graces of crew.  I trust you'll do everything in your power to reattain your status as "Expert" Griller at future tailgating events, but it will not be easy as missing the Season Opener for an Arts and Crafts Festival falls slightly above heading to the Little Falls Nail salon to get a manicure/pedicure on Game Day...

Buckwheat - first things first, allow me to set the record straight.  I am not missing the home opener in order that I can attend the LF Arts & Crafts Festival.  As I mentioned a couple weeks ago, I am the person in charge of my Lions Club's food booth that unfortunately happens to fall on that weekend.  As the chairperson for this fundraising activity I think it would be a little irresponsible of myself to not be there.

Now I wouldn't expect you to understand volunteering or stepping up to the plate and being a chairperson for an event such as this (you couldn't even muster up enough courage to speak with PC last year when he was in Collegeville) but I can't believe that somehow you managed to get Bennie and 57Johnnie to start dissing me, too!

Don't worry, though, as a mental tab is being kept of your unwarranted outbursts and sweet redemption will be mine soon.  In the meantime I would suggest that you pipe down, think before you speak, and remember that your place is still out in the backyard licking your tiny plums just hoping to one day make it onto the porch with the big dogs.
Go Johnnies!!!

Duff, I am trying.   I downloaded  them but can't seem to get them from my documents file onto a post.  Working on it.  Maybe Bob will help me.

Mine were not actually that big as marilin go.  The captain told me that a guy got a 500 lb plus marlin a couple days before.  I did see the photos.

Tiger Woods...out.

Here you go, Snoop.

That looks like Michael Phelp's hand landing the fish.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Talk about sweatin' the president. :)

Good luck with the food booth, Veek.  Probably see you at the Cobber game.

Speaking of volunteering and stepping up to the plate, Veek's absence will create a huge void in the sausage category.  Who's on it? (Sure has been a long time since Sumander's been there with treats from Becker County. ;) ;)  )

How about a pick'ems contest this year? Buckman carried the torch very capably last year. Encore? Buckman? Any other volunteers? You don't have to be a Johnnie, but that does narrow down the volunteer list a bit.

How 'bout it?

Buckman?

Where has he been?  I drove through Buckman (okay, past, not through) a few weeks ago and thought of him ;D

Mayor, I would love to oblige, except I will be chasing the elusive walleye that weekend. One final fishing trip before I break out the shotguns for hunting season. ;)

I'd settle for some fresh walleye if you can't bring sausage. ;)

Gentlemen, let's have the acceptance speeches please.

Sum-I'll "settle" for walleye, too.

Hey BDB - you coming out with the Blue Devils for their game with Menlo?  You could stay at our house.  If they keep the Oaks on the schedule in future years you'll have to make the trip.  No walleye but we might have salmon (in future years :-\).

I'm just trying to instigate a cage match and I think bennie wants to referee.  :D
