I'm not even going hunting this year. I have all the guns and blaze orange garb, I just am too lazy to scout an area in the spring, plant food plots, build a stand and get out to the woods before the sun rises. I really don't like to field dress a deer or do the processing, however my dad has all the necessary equipment to do this, even a nice smoker. Who is are these receivers you have that are so good?  Where did the come from and what makes them special (speed?  height?)?

The Auggies main receiving threat is Royce Winford. 



Having shot 3 Auggie games this season for D3football.com (spending more time than expected at Edor Nelson field), I've seen him in action a lot. He's fast, fairly tall (6'2") with great hands and hops.  He's good on the short routes, but I've seen him beat good corners deep if played too close. He and Jordan Berg make a pretty good pitch & catch combo.

With attention on Royce, the ground threat is Jason Potts.



He's a sneaky back, short (5'9") that can hide behind his blockers to set things up and burst through the hole.

Augsburg's offense is like a good MLB starting pitcher. If they're able to settle into a rhythm, they will be difficult. But disrupt them early, and you've got a good chance.

The guy is a control freak.  This is a simple auto v auto trial.  He is about 5'2".  A little weasle who got beat up as a kid and is now getting even withthe world.  He is now on my auto disqualify list.  In fact, I have discovered, he is just about everyones suto dq list. He is an electedjudge who will not be reelected.  JR if you want to run in  for judge in So. Cal.,  I will head your campaign against this ego maniac.  Hell, I will even fund it.  You will only need your vote and mine to win the election.  He will get one vote, his.  HIS CLERK EVEN HATES HIM.

bennie, when a man is as badly outnumbered at home as Oz is (4 to 1, I believe), the missus seems to give him a bit more slack.  Just ask Dusty and Veek.

Yes, Winford is a good athlete. I can remember in our game against them, we had them on a 4th and 20+ and somehow he got past our 5 db's and scored. He wasn't much of a threat against us on the defensive side of the ball, but he made some ridiculous catches as a wideout.

I'm so whipped (being outnumbered 4 to 1 as tmerton rightly states) that my first thought is, "Yes, ma'am.  Sorry, ma'am.  Won't happen again, ma'am."

And no, I didn't have to stay up late, I just happened to be.  I'm not afraid...
