My bad, Pat.  Won't be a problem again.

Silliest "rule" I've ever seen.  It has nothing to do with privacy; it's up to the recipient as to what they do with a message they have received.  So AO can send someone an email calling them a d-bag and expect complete privacy?  That's horsesh!t

To be fair to our favorite Northwestern alum, I don't think it was AO who sent those, think it was freebird.

Duff....I like your style.  The internet gives many false courage.

Man,  I have recieved a few pm's that would shock everyone. :o

Congrats to the Johnnies on another championship.  I was able to catch the last couple minutes on the video feed.  I really had a feeling a similar sort of thing was going to happen at last year's bethel-sju game.

Also congratulations to the Tommies on the win today.  Definitely a dominating performance.  St. Thomas winning 36-20 over Bethel was no fluke.  I believe the Tommies might have been playing the best football in the conference over the last few weeks.  I could have sworn I was still at the dome watching the gophs play Michigan in the first half as Northwestern looked very sloppy coming off of a bye week.  I don't think many Northwestern insiders would have picked us to go 8-2 this year after losing some very skilled players and not having the same size on the defensive and offensive lines as in the past.

Good look to the jays in the playoffs.  Oxy, Dead! Whitewater, Dead!  Mount Union, Dead!

Great win SJU. Congrats on the title.

Meanwhile, some Badger just dropped a wide-open pass. Camera first went to anguished Cheesers. Then it found a guy in red hoody and white cap celebrating and yucking it up with a UM fan. Lookedd like an SJU type to me ...

AO, thanks for your congratulatory words and commiserations to you and your team on getting pumped like that.  I know you had your heart set on the post season.

Congrats to the Johnnies on a great win and a great comeback, has to be a heart breaker for Carelton.   I watched the game and for the johnnie guys I have a question, why didn't they spread the field all year and open it up a bit?   (or did they and were not successful?)

Wow, Jimmy is talking about SJU having a home game in the first round. Interesting!

OzJohnnie

So, here's the results from the weekend:

SJU d CAR, 14-10
BU d AUG, 26-0
STU d NWC, 41-0 (must have missed an XP and the DMSO)
CC d GAC, 27 - 21
STO d HAM, 31-10

So it looks like our final standings are:

SJU, 8-2
CAR, 7-3
STU, 7-3
CC, 6-4
GAC, 6-4
STO, 6-4
BU, 5-5
AUG, 5-5
HAM, 2-8

A thought on that (magnificent) table... although everyone says that the MIAC is off the boil this year, we have done pretty well against our out of conference competition.  Still not too shabby a season.

You may not get an answer to that question...  hard to know the answer.

I vote for Johnnies coming to WW. I'll buy the beer.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

What about UWW going to SJU? SJU a conference champ and UWW a pool c team-kinda makes sense?

TigerOldSchool

How bout the Johnnies come out to Oxy... rematch of great '85 playoff game in LA
Football is just the warm up.  Oxy is a rugby school anyway.

Hey! Way to go! We'd back in too, if we could.

Keep those emergency numbers next to the phone next week.
