I wouldn't deck a drunk, old man.  It's just pathetic that 1) he's living vicariously through a d3 team and 2) instead of being happy for a good victory for his team, he has to be an ass to the opponent.

Like playing TAPS on a trumpet vs. St. Norbert in the playoffs? You guys need to look in the mirror.

Not to overshadow my original gripe, here's a serious question. What are so many concerned with the fans? Myself included. Why is it jerk fans piss people off more than a tough loss?

I was the one playing TAPS. What was your problem with it?
I played it at the end of every SJU victory that year.

No, not like that.  The taps player was a 20 year old kid.  The drunk was a middle aged jerk.

You get pissed off every time someone brings up what jerks some of the SNC players  were.  Yet, you come over here and keep reminding us about how poorly your team shows in the playoffs.

What exactly are you looking for?   A negative karma record?

Maybe if you did some research about Taps, you wouldn't be so upset.

Taps was written in 1862 to replace "Tatoo", a French bugle call signalling "Lights out."

Here are the lyrics to Taps:

I felt at the time that I was doing nothing wrong and I still feel the same way! An old man cocking off an opposing fan in the parking lot following a game is an entirely different issue.

yep, but a grossly disproportionent number of them seem to come from thre MWC, whining about not gettnig any respect (which the MWC has repeatedly failed to earn) and now trying to live vicariously thru the WIAC's success.

Not quite bucko. The WIAC and MIAC are on the same level - you know that. Nothing but great programs.

Why didn't you back hand that guy who was spoutin off?  What a dirty cheese head (not saying all cheese heads are dirty because I happen to be a Packer fan myself)!

Maybe because Duff's classier than that? (Plus Duff is prolly double the guy's size, and not in fat.)
