Going after Bennie?  Of all the jerk-off targets around here that deserve a going after, Bennie is at the end of the list.

That may be true but when it concerns a good person and his wife it just rubs me the wrong way.  It has mainly been only a few comments over the years.

Looking forward to a beautiful afternoon in Collegeville tomorrow.  The defense will be solid as usual and it would be nice to have a running game AND a passing game.

Prediction is SJU 21-Coe 10

That sounds about right however throw in a Russel Gliadon FG for good measure and make it SJU 24 - Coe 10.

Not much smack from the IIAC this week... guess they're tossing the towel in early.

It's done.

I doubt there are many Nascar fans around here.  It wasn't all that big up in Rapids when I was growing up.  But there is an Aussie, Marcos Ambrose, that is doing pretty well.  I've found myself recording the races and then watching them on 6x speed.  I miss some of the finer racing, but then I don't always need to be a nuanced guy.  Anywho, Ambrose qualified third today for the last race of the season.  I'll have a bit of double action tomorrow as I can watch the race while listening to the Johnnies put the waaaaaaah into Iowa for poor little Coe.

And as I double post waiting for #2 to finish gymnastics training, it will be interesting to watch Iowaaaaaah's recently annointed Coach of the Year matching talents with our lengendary Coach of the Forever.

You can't spell Linfield Wildcats without three L's from St. John's --  33-0 (neutral), 31-25 (McMinnville) and 21-14 (Collegeville).

Good luck to the Johnnies today!  First time back on campus in about five years was for the Tommie game in Oct...rekindled those soul stirring feelings that is the SJU community.  Would love nothing more than another visit next weekend for a rematch!  Hopefully we are close to being back to full strength, especially on offense.

Safe travels to all heading to Collegeville this weekend.

After reading all the accolades regarding Coe, I was beginning to think that the Johnnies were in deep T-R-O-U-B-L-E. Then I did a liitle research and found that the IIAC was 10 - 8 in non-conference play against less than spectacular competition. It appears that they have two good teams, and seven not good teams. Therefore, I have settled a bit, and expect a tough game, but a Johnnie victory, in the 24 - 16 neighborhhood.

I think Coe is pretty good, and expect a close game. Advantage Johnnies.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.
