Oz,
If it was me, I'd give him sh*t about the hyphenated last name..... ::)
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

D O.C.

I'll buy the $50 SJU package for TDT. That way he can stay at home where he belongs.

Looks like they set the course up for scoring and Johnnies are making a run with a shot of anywhere from 3rd to 5th.

Out to look for 21st Amd -- saw an ad in the local paper for the Watermelon Wheat so hopefully they'll have the other offerings.

In case you're not aware, the Johnnies are playing in the national golf championships (again... :) ).   They had a good day first up and finished with the third best round on the hard course.  Details are at gojohnnies.com.

(And the team features a player from The Rapids, of course)

Oz, that GR lad would be my nephew, Ben Cahill, who also made All-American scholar this year.

Is his dad, the Pro at Pokegama? I believe his name is Bob, I met him once, very nice guy.

You are correct sir.
Everyday is payday in paradise.

Well then Bob will be quite proud, I think.  The Johnnies finished in fourth.  A very good showing.  They moved up the standings each day and played very well.

Great article in the St. Paul Pioneer Press today about former Johnnie football player Todd Fultz:

For Oz ...

Last month a world survey was conducted by the UN.  The only question asked was :

"Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?"

The survey was a HUGE failure because of the following:

1. In Eastern Europe they didn't know what "honest" meant.
2. In Western Europe they didn't know what "shortage" meant.
3. In Africa they didn't know what "food" meant.
4. In China they didn't know what "opinion" meant
5. In the Middle East they didn't know what "solution" meant
6. In South America they didn't know what "please" meant
7. In the USA they didn't know what "the rest of the world" meant
8. In Australia they hung up as soon as they heard the Indian accent.

Or as Norman Chad, aka the Couch Slouch, would say "Emily, this could be the one"

Jeez.  Nuttin' posted in days.  Well, I'm a home dad this weekend as the missus is spending the weekend in Daylesford with a number of her girlfriends.  Daylesfod is a trendy little town with an 'arts' community and a bunch of mineral springs and spas.  There are also a few good restaurants as well.  Of course, what Dalesford is best known for locally is the trendy concenration of a large nuber of women from the Isle of Lesbos, as the Greeks say.  What happens in trendy Daylesford stays in trendy Daylesford.

Given all the beer lovers on this site, I thought I would direct you to an excellent commercial for Devassa. Go to http://www.youtube.com/user/ParisHilton. Enjoy! ;)

Heading up to Collegeville Saturday for the volunteer summit. Should be a great day.

An old cowboy sat down at a bar in Daylesford and ordered a drink. As he sat sipping his drink, a young woman sat down next to him. She turned to the cowboy and asked, "Are you a real cowboy?"

He replied, "Well, I've spent my whole life breaking colts, working cows, going to rodeos, fixing fences, pulling calves, bailing hay, doctoring calves, cleaning my barn, fixing flats, working on tractors, and feeding my dogs, so I guess I am a cowboy."

She said, "I'm a lesbian. I spend my whole day thinking about women. As soon as I get up in the morning, I think about women. When I shower, I think about women. When I watch TV, I think about women. I even think about women when I eat. It seems that everything makes me think of women."

The two sat sipping in silence.

A little while later, a man sat down on the other side of the old cowboy and asked, "Are you a real cowboy?"

He replied, "I always thought I was, but I just found out I'm a lesbian."

OzJohnnie

Yup.  There might be a few lesbians posting here, I think.

Forgot to mention a couple of things noted during the trip back for graduation.  Stonehouse Tavern, home of VOJ's Thursday night Johnnie pre-game radio show, has closed. :'(  Where's VOJ going to do the shows now - Sal's? ;D  Also noted that Timber Lodge Steakhouse was closed - with an eviction notice posted on its door! :o  Damn, looks like only the real estate and bankruptcy lawyers are making money in St. Cloud these days.  On the other hand, Bear Creek Tavern was hoppin' - and I can remember going there several years ago and finding it nearly empty.

Hope Fishers in Avon is still open come September.
