Had another Redmen v Johnnies mistaken identity discussion today.  I also frequently get the Grand Rapids MN v MI mistaken identity chat as well.

In other news... when travelling to Hong Kong, hit the Jockey Club on race night.  Beers so cheap you have to drink about 10 just to stop feeling guiltily guilty.  What type of beers do they have?  I dunno, but the pharmacy around the corner from the office sells Panadol for HK$30, which is dirt cheap.  That much I can remember.

University of Saint Thomas: Caruson: New Locker room "sets the standard for Division III locker rooms"

Thanks in large part to $60 M from Lee Anderson and "smaller" gifts from Gerald Rauenhorst (Opus) & Richard Schultz (Best Buy) and other members of the board of trustees can't hurt the building boom at UST either.  ;)
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Do they still sell Eno salts in the Empire?  Better the Alka Seltzer.

I don't know, but I'm about three blocks from the Empire in Causeway Bay, so I'll mosey on over this weekend and find out.

Punky Brewster talked up his new locker rooms last year too.

Heartache.  Hawthorn's win streak comes to an end in a two-point loss to Geelong in what was an epic battle.  A brutal, hard nosed game that was very tight and tough the whole match.  A damn shame to lose, but if the team's moral stays high, we might see a great run in the post season.  Sigh.

Ha, true story: My father-in-law is not only a life long Geelong supporter, but an accomplished singer (well, back in the day) and he first recorded that version of the Geelong theme song.  His voice was played over the speakers until the mid-80's when it was re-recorded but the tune wasn't changed.  It's set to Carmen and when he went to record it they had a barbershop quartet as backup.  So he suggests they "liven it up" a bit and so we got this jazzy version of that tune.  Groovy.
