Willy Wonka

Let's not go crazy here. Bush fully deserved the Heisman - anyone remember his insane performance against Fresno State with, essentially, the Trojans season on the line? In case you forgot, he rushed for nearly 300 on his way to a USC-record 513 all-purpose yards. The Trojans have had a couple talented players go through there, so that's an impressive stat.

Does anyone read Bill Simmons? Mack Brown has been ridiculed for years for his inability to win the big game, but the blame for this falls squarely on Pete C's shoulders as SG said. Sure, Vince was huge, but USC never did anything prevent his running. On the contrary, they seemed to invite it - down the right side of the field, where he likes it best, no less.

Has anyone talked to TDT lately? How's he getting by without his daily dish of PP? I imagine the YMCA in Naples hasn't been the same since his banishment...the only thing worse than a happy TDT is an ornery TDT.
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

I visited with him for a while this morning. He says he would love to get back on the board so we can all smite him again.  :o He was complaining a bit about the chilly FL weather (high 50's  :'( )
If Pat can get over the fact that he used deception to get back on the board as BD, the reality is that he posted for a season without doing anything bad.

C'mon Pat, let our buddy back on. We'll watch him for you so he behaves.

A sad day for D3 Football.com is not the fact that "Ghetto Air" is no longer flying, it is the loss of "The Bus"  !!     ::)

Looks like we have another match scheduled for the "JR-Rock N' Roll Wrestling Spectacular" this fall!!!

TDT/BD/???   ::)   vs The Guru   in a Pink TuTu match!!!

Sad day, indeed.
I'd say we'll need an extra 30 or 2 of Hamm's for that match-up.

one last thing, ya'll would be proud.  I found some hamms for the first time in montana, it was only 11 dollars for a thirty pack,  i love the land of sky blue waters.

I for one am proud of your effort.(Note your rising karma) Eleven bucks? That's like $1.50 gas. Unheard of. Might have to drive the Pace Arrow to Montana and load 'er down with 30's. Have to remove the brass pole, though...
Anyone up for a road trip?

I saw a disturbing sight on my route at Cashwise Liquor and Westside Liquor in Willmar.  They had Hamm's in 24 packs and right next to it, Hamm's Light in 24 packs.  I was disgusted.  I'm just glad they're not in our Miller territory and I can only hope that Bernick's never gets on the Hamm's 24 pack or Hamm's Light bandwagon.
Heaven isn't too far away,
Closer to it every day

What an outrage! I'm boycotting Willmar from now on. Having never seen a 24 pack or the light stuff, do they have a stupid mountain on the package, too?
P.S.
DanD still swears he can find us Hamm's in a keg.

Johnnie Red,

About this Eelpout deal you bring up every year, I couldn't help noticing that it's always around Feb. 14. Do a lot of you MIAC posters go to it?

I can't see myself taking Mrs. Coco out on a frozen pond to drink beer for Valentine's Day. She loves Linfield football, and will go to a tailgate and game in any kind of weather, but I like to take her someplace nice for that holiday.

Is Eelpout an MIAC tradition?

What woman wouldn't appreciate this for Valentine's Day?

Outside, drinking beer, crazy people...yeah, i guess that sounds like an MIAC tradition.

Fins-I had the 24 pack of Hamms at the Monmouth game, remember-"Mexican bootleg." And, yes it had the same picture.

Oh yeah. Same stupid graphic only a six pack short.

Guess I haven't seen the light (beer) yet.

Well, that Eelpout Festival DOES look very romantic! Butt-ugly fish, though. Are they good eating?

You Minnesotans are a hardy bunch.

I didn't see JR. I thought he might be one of the guys with no shirt, but he didn't appear to be.

Coco, seriously, Mrs. Coco is expecting a lot when she's not satisfied with a glorified keg party for Valentine's day. Next, you are going to tell me that she wants more than beer and pizza for her birthday....

;)

I found Bus Driver:

Predictibly, that is a light beer in his hand.

DF1,

She's pretty tolerant, and beer and pizza have their place, but birthdays are not one of them.  I've learned a little bit in over 30 years of marriage.
