How was the tailgate yesterday?  Did Clark miss me??  Saw the attendance was only 831.  Bad weather in Minny? Or apathy setting in?

Hey Veek what was your Halloween costume for your big party this year?  I hope your little girls aren't going as "Princesses" tonight...

Happy Halloween to my pal Flash.  Hope his Justin Bieber....errrr Beaver...costume goes over well with the hell raising kids (like Veek's brood).
Chasing MILFs since '82...

TDT, we had about fifteen persons show up for the Stiftungsfestivities. The park that we planned to hold it at was closed, so we had it next to the Kwik Trip. The Johnnie AD was kind enough to make an appearance. As to the Ole game this coming Saturday, we will be checking out available locations for the tailgate. As Dusty would say, developing....

I should have said something to you. I often cut through Sechlar to get him after getting gas or milk at that Kwik Trip. I would recommend Memorial Park here in Dundas where I live, but the pavilion and park are closed because of flooding. Perhaps check out Oddfellows Park, as they have a nice Pavilion and it's very near St. Olaf as well.

Sorry we didn't have the live stats running until second half yesterday. I was filling in for our real SID, as he and the wife had a baby a week ago today.

It was a great day and the field was in better condition than I expected.  But were there 20 Carleton students at the game (other than the players)?  I saw Amherst play Bowdoin a few years ago and there were a lot more students present.  The NESCAC wouldn't let you guys in due to apathy.

Ramler was pushing Haugen after the game on what he could do to beat the Johnnie D.  Haugen made the point that the Knights are hard to play as it is.  Ramler just doen't have the athletes.  Don't worry, Kurt - you'll have better athletes when you're the coach at SJU.

Book of Knowledge alumni battling for the MIAC crown.  That not a scenario that many would pick.  If Kurt's going to do it, he better move quick while the Mac boss is still in the MIAC.

TDT-
Luckily the attendance was only those 800 some odd folks, that way there were the only people who heard the profanity laced (yelled) comment line the 3rd quarter( I think) as they came off of the Field  by a Carl Coach (or player). And I quote" DO NOT OPEN YOUR EFFIN MOUTH TO A/THE DAMN REFS".  Of course that was followed by a chorus of jeers and boo's form the Johnnie faithful. Wow for $51lk per year that is what you get down there huh?
I hope that it was addressed by someone in a postion of authority in Carleton!

Once a Johnnie...Always a Johnnie....

DuffMan

Yeah, cause there's never been any profanity for the SJU sideline  ::)
