Weather forecast for Saturday: Mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the upper 20s and lows in the low 20s.

I've got to believe this will be an advantage for the Tommies.  Us old guys can remember the superior LA Rams coming to to face the Vikings in December playoff games and playing very poorly outside at the old Met.

I think you're lacking an appreciation of how cold it can get in the Pacific Northwest (ask the folks in Seattle how things went yesterday).  McMinnville is 16 hours north of LA.  Hell, the LA Lambs got cold in San Francisco.

Waddya mean...I was cold at the Charger game last Monday night!  A bone-chilling 52 degrees for us San Diegans!   8-)
You can't leave me....all the plants will die.

On the plus side though...the beer doesn't get as warm as fast at the tailgate party.   :)

ROR,

It's been low 30's here....Granted it's not the 20's with the chill factor but I think we'll be more adapt to handle the cold than a SCIAC school.  At least I hope!!!  :D

When will the purple kitties be flying to the lovely metropolitan area of mpls/st. paul?

With all the snow falling here and all the foul weather along with full body scans and planned protests it could be a lengthy journey to Minnie.  Hope you guys get here in time.

TDT has threatened to divulge your whereabouts for pre-game shenanigans granted a stipend is provided for playoff coverage this Saturday.

And a Vikes related question:  what gets chopped first?  TJ's contract or UST's dreams of continued post season glory?

My bet is TJ.  I reckon UST has two weeks of winning left while the Vikes will sign a Favre replacement, from Mars if need be, before then.  Let's go for another development project!  Who's for dropping our pants to Denver and getting Tebow?

How about sign Micheal Vick? I'm pretty sure he will be a free agent and an offense centered around with him, Harvin, and AP would be fun to watch!

The sad thing is that during the winter, we have to worry about our beer freezing before we drink it  :-\

Maybe we have to worry about it freezing before it's opened, but once the seal is cracked there shouldn't be enough time for a beer to freeze.  Maybe if one sips at the drink while wearing mom's coat, but otherwize there should be no worries. ;)

Now which bridge are we not supposed to go across?

Where are you going to be this weekend?

UST-Linfield

Duh!  Probably the best game, and no travel! ;D

My personal nominees for next best games would be the two CCIW tilts: Wheaton/Bethel and NCC/ONU, all for the third year in a row. ;)

D O.C.

There was DIII talk about certain trophies recently.

Is there a trophy named for beating two MIAC teams in a row in the playoffs?

Good luck to Bethel then....
