Interesting. One little salvo back from a level headed WW poster, and the talk goes to Bethel v UST v SJU.

You guys are off your game. This is Spock v Captain Kirk. You need to understand the opponent.

I guess I get that. My Devils play WW every year. They are not superhuman. They are very good. And I think what makes them very good this time of year is that they are deeper in talent than most.

One of the questions I ask the players at our booster club luncheons is "who do you like to play the most?" Whitewater has been the answer for 7 years now.

They are very good, obviously. But so is UST, obviously. If UST gets freaked out by the Perk and the crowd, they are toast. They need to remember that they are not in Madison. It's still D3 football.

Nation's 10-Year-Old Boys: 'If You See Someone Raping Us, Please Call The Police'

Is it just me, or does everyone get most of their chuckling out of the Onion headline, as opposed to the article itself?

A similar site was snapple or something similar (I don't even know if they are around anymore), but the problem those mock-news/sarcasm sites face is that the story writes itself after a good headline.  Any joke that comes after that headline is a let down and obvious.

Also - I miss the SJF guys.  What a good week.  Come on, Tommies.  Start up the flame engines with the Warhawks.  We need content.

The problem is, the only thing bad you can say is about the state itself. Beer swilling, cheese eating, Mama Cass doppelganger girlfriend having, the whole bit. But then it just sounds like rubes outside of the Metrodome before a Vikings game.

I need Whitewater specific ammo. So far I know they've turned out a lot of NFL players for a D3 school and they got the good Belushi. The worst part is, their fans (on PP anyway) are nice and level headed, and really want to talk football. A$$holes.
+ karma.  LMAO

I'll get you started, Tommies:

Top 10 reasons the NCAA banned The Cannon at The Perk during playoffs:

10. The NCAA are tired of being told that Warhawks boosters lost their matches... again.
9. Because UWW responded to initial complaints by declaring all fans had to use Kodak.
8. The NCAA wouldn't let cannon shooters shoot cannons at Scott Walker's crazy low prices.
7. The argument that the grape shot was left over from duck season just wouldn't fly.

Getting psyched out. I am sure that the WW posters will correct me (Spock), but I don't remember a WW guy in the NFL. (Ducking buckshot).

LAX has placed a couple, Stout has had a couple, Stevens Point had a nice NBA guy. UST will not be playing the Packers.  WW is a very good D3 football team to be sure. It would seem the Tommies are as well.

I watched SJU beat MUC. That SJU team was not psyched out by the opponent.

Mr. Ypsi

Just for the record, according to 'the good Belushi's' biography, he went to UWW because he wasn't admitted to his first choice: IWU! ;D

Some ammo if you want it, USTBench - after all, you trounced the team that ousted IWU! >:(

There have been a few. Most recent is Derek Stanley who made the Chiefs squad and played some on special teams but he blew his ACL after and was let go after 3 seasons.   Surprised you didn't remember Derek, BDB.  Pretty sure your Blue Devil defense during his tenure at UWW does.   ;)
