how about a red cup ?   8-)

Welcome to the Whitewater and the Semis U$T.
Tommies are about 2 possessions away from getting blown out.  They need points and a stop.

Let's see. . . as of know, using some of the dopey math on display by the St. Thomy Money Machine posters throughout the playoffs -

St. Thomas at best would be a middle tier school slighlty above Stephens Point in the WIAC.

Ah, so young and so bitter Middlerelief.  That East region drought getting to you?

I'll let the Tommies here speak for their own performance, but as for "middle tier WIAC," wouldn't that be similar to a conference contender in that region that hasn't won a Stagg since the Bush administration (George H.W., that is ...)?

Very impressed with the coaching and discipline of UWW. Fantastic and classy team/fans/coaches everyone. That's how it's done, hope UST gets another shot one day.

Special thanks to all of the seniors, what a class! Those are the guys that helped usher in a new era and deserve so much of the credit.

UST,
Great season!

As a MIAC supporter (BU), you represented the league well!

Monkey stomp my ass!  Great second half.  Proud of you guys.

The MIAC showed that it is no different than any of the other conferences. Both the Trust Fund babies of St. Thomas and Bethel got smoked in the Semis at the same level or worse than all other conferences trying to challenge the two top dogs in D3

But you just showed how the MIAC is different from the conferences outside of the OAC and the WIAC.  Name another conference that has had two different teams make the semis since UW-W started their run (Hint: you can't). Go back to 2003 and it's three teams, with other conferences still maxing out at one.

UW-W played a great game and was clearly a better team.  They completely shut down UST's passing game and made Waldvogel pretty much a non-factor. I thought the UST defense played well, slowing Coppage down (outside of one run), but had some problems getting UW-W off the field in key situations.  The offense had a couple drives where they moved the ball effectively, but couldn't finish them off.

I'm looking forward to another UW-W-Mount Union game.  Both teams are fantastic representatives of D3 football.

It's not exactly a knock on a team to call them middle-tier WIAC.  Oshkosh, Stevens Point and Platteville could probably run over anybody from the East.  Even Salisbury gave up 34 to the warhawks-- a little tougher for Whitewater against Oshkosh, St. Thomas and La Crosse.

Anybody can go back to whatever time period to support an argument - going back 8 years is just as irrelevant if someone went back 20 to show Stagg bowl wins and appearences.

If you think that sounds absurd (and it is) then just go back and look at all the posts that the Money Nation from UST put up during the playoffs - its just that you're now on the losing end of them.

St. John's is a champion and class program - however both U$T and Bethel showed they weren't quite ready to take the next step.

Middlerelief is an idiot troll and not reflective of the rest of the UWW and WIAC fans...who've been nothing but class.

Conference: The ASC

And then there's Wesley who showed they are closing the gap, but they no longer belong to a conference so we'll laet that one slide. . .
