Duffman, you need to make it up to the Johnnie-Tommie game this Saturday so you can see your picture in the game day program! :D Another great weekend in the city of Carver with Steamboat Days! The Johnny Holm Band played Saturday night and the downtown was rocking. Yesterday Michele Bachmann was in the parade along with Buck "Rock-N-Roll" Zumhofe. Buck put on a midget wrestling show after the parade. Always interesting to watch that.

Johnny Holm is still kicking, huh? At this point, even the Rolling Stones are like, guys, it's time to give it up.

How 'bout those Niners!  First win at Green Bay in 22 years - what a depressing statistic.

The NFC Central standings will look weird this week - Green Bay all alone in last place! ;D

(Signed, a relieved Lions' fan. :P)

Enjoy it while you can...  ;)

Johnny Holm suffered a heart attack a few weeks ago. It must have not been too severe given his performance on stage Saturday night.

This statement tells me you have attended more than one "midget wrestling show"  ::)
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Johnnie and even Tommie football fans...please contact the SJU athletic and alumni department and implore them to make the video webcast of Saturday's and all of the remaining SJU football games available to all.  They clearly have the technology to do so as there are 10 alumni viewing parties scheduled around the country for the Tommie / Johnnie game.  SJU needs to get it through their thick skulls that as much as many of us would like to get to Collegeville for the games it is not always possible (Happy Wife, Happy Life).

Troublemaker.

If they're really holding the gamewatch in San Diego at 1:00 pm, they're gonna miss most of the game.  They'll need to go up to LA, where they're starting at 11:00 am.

You would think that with former Board Chair and Acting President Dan Whalen living up here in the Bay Area that they could arrange a gamewatch up here.  What's up with that? ???

Faunch, while I admire your pluck, I think this will have as much success as most online petitions, which, as far as I know, haven't produced a success outside of rescuing the show Jericho for one more season on CBS.

Make it hit closer to home.

Start referring to the Natural Bowl as the Luddite Bowl. You've got to help them realize how backwards they are, because clearly they haven't figured it out themselves and have no sense of shame.

It's almost as if they're blacking out the game(s) to anyone within 3-5 hours drive.  As much as it seems easy enough to make the drive from the Twin Cites or other areas around the state, attending any game in Collegeville gobbles the better part of Saturday for most of us.
