You'd think that this woman would be better served using her "energy" to try to lose some of the 300 lbs that caused the problem!

They should've tossed that bitch down in the luggage hold!
Nice cause of action. They discriminated against her either because she was fat, she was black, or she was a woman. How about because she was stupid? Can you discriminate against someone because they're stupid? I'm going to have to look that one up tomorrow.

Fins,

Loved hearing your courtroom drama from earlier in the week.  I wish I could have been there.

Mojitos would be great but the problem is someone has to constantly be grinding up the fresh mint and sugar.  There's no way someone could keep up with quantity required for a Stiftungsfest but I would be willing to participate.

Is the Pace Arrow ready to roll to an away game or two this Fall, Fins?  You could pull into the parking lot where we would open the doors and roll out, smoke billowing out behind us.  Similar to Fastimes at Ridgemont High.
Go Johnnies!!!

Fins, a few years ago I was in court with a defendant who happened to have the same last name as me. Not a relative; only connection was that we are both Irish and I knew his parents well. He was charged with a controlled substance charge.

Prior to his appearance, I had charged him with another felony and got a warrant for his arrest. When we went before the judge, he was advised of the new charge and warrant for his arrest. He was somewhat shocked, to say the least. He started mumbling and then walked toward the benches in the courtroom. Everyone thought he was going to get his coat and then head to the jail with the bailiffs. He took about three steps and then bolted out of the courtroom and down the hall and out the courthouse. The bailiffs ran after him screaming but did not catch him. The Chaska police department started a search for him in town and eventually found him about an hour later. Rather unique experience.

Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Probably a good thing he didn't run for the Johnnies like I did. We don't need any meth in Collegeville.

Off to Denver, Boulder and all the Coors I can drink responsibly. ::)

Johnnies clinched a  playoff spot with the win over MAC last night. First time in 3 years. Big game looming with GAC on the 18th should be for the 3/4 seed.

The Pace Arrow will be ready and I think a road trip or two is definitely in order. As to the mojitos, we could cheat and use this ready-mix stuff...

You know, just like the crap most bars use to mix with tequila and sell for high prices as a margarita.

Feeling a little guilty about that last post, now that I've had a chance to ponder. As I recall, the 1st game last season, I rolled in with the koolaid jug filled with lovingly and tenderly made margaritas made with premium tequila, cointreau and fresh squeezed key limes. Quality is worth the extra effort sometimes.

But now as I ponder further, I recall Duff chugging the stuff out of 16 oz. tumblers, so maybe it doesn't really matter.

In my defense, I needed something to take the edge off the massive hangover I was feeling.  Also, I wanted to impress you on our first meeting.

I'm starting to see how you fellas have more pages than any of the other conferences.  It must be the cold weather keeping you inside with your keyboards.  Anyway, thanks for all the responses.  (I still don't see how you keep track of conversations with everything in a single thread - is there a search feature here?)

stanc is the signin I use at work - combination of letters from first/last name.  This is the first place that's come up.

In checking out the SJU Institutional Profile it looks like about 95% are from Minn.  How is it for kids from other areas, in this case the west coast?

Also, checking out the attendance at the Johnnies' games, it varies wildly doesn't it?  Five to twelve thousand for home games and then as low as the 500s and 600s for some away games - that's quite a variance.

KR- Official OAS Record of Ineptitude goes to 0-6.  Just continue to pick the opposite of him and you'll do fine.

Also, there are 2 condos here, one took Wilma damage and one didn't (very minimal).  I own one and my parents own the other one.  Now I don't think my financial situation nor yours or anyone elses is anybody's business besides their own.  Hope that clears it up.
