That was not what I expected to see. I saw UWW against UWP, and the team I saw last night was not the same team as I saw that day. I thought UMU actually executed pretty well. It was a dominant performance by the Warhawks. It was like any MIAC against Macalaster or Crown.

All of the FAMILY talk for some reason tonight had me thinking.  When are we going to see the 'We Are FAMILY' Tommies?  I apologize to all Tommies and Coach Caruso, but I just had to post it tonight.  I hope everyone is having a great time preparing for Christmas or whatever holiday you celebrate during this time.

Final top 25 is out and I nailed the top 6 Friday night (swapping NCC and Linfield in my pick with only 5 points separating them) in the comments section of Friday's Triple Take.

Bethel sticks at #6, St. Thomas drops to #20 and Concordia drops out down to #31.

All of the FAMILY talk for some reason tonight had me thinking.  When are we going to see the 'We Are FAMILY' Tommies?  I apologize to all Tommies and Coach Caruso, but I just had to post it tonight.  I hope everyone is having a great time preparing for Christmas or whatever holiday you celebrate during this time.

Really???  I guess I know which team to cheer against in D2 football now.  As much as I understand that a team is a close knit collection of people I just think it's showy.  Even though NW Missouri wears FAMILY on their jersey to honor their former coach that passed away three I'm still not a fan of the jersey.  A more subtle approach would be to not have anything on the back of the jersey or maybe a simple little symbol stitched on the jersey.
