Great seats at the G tonight. An American I know was in town so we went to see Collingwood vs Geelong.

And it's to to know that The Family Duff has matured from home distilled spirits to home brewed brews. ;)

Happy Birthday, fins!  I'm sorry we missed it by a day.

Perhaps it is a typo.  But maybe they want to show their supporters how last year's recruits fared on the field.  Kind of like here's who we brought in and here's what they did.  If you have questions about them ask away and we'll do our best to answer them.  Perhaps it's just me but I don't find that all that odd that the team's supporters would be interested in that.

Then they need help with grammar, because the 2014 class is not longer 'incoming.'

Cobbers recruiting class

Essler is a good pickup for the Cobbers.
And interesting as I believe his brother was a Johnnie.

Some kids love to join a sibling at college; others would rather eat glass.  When Dennie Bridges was recruiting Jack Sikma, the greatest basketball player IWU ever had, his sister was already a student there - he had no idea whether that would be a plus or a minus, and was nervous as all get out! ;D

Back in the North Star days (Norm Green sucks) man, I hated the Chicago Blackhawks.
I have to say that in the past few years they have been outstanding. As hot as the Wild were this year, it was no contest, really, as far as a series.
The Ducks might be able to beat them in the Western Conference Finals because of their talent/size combinations, but I doubt it.

Hats off to Chicago Tommie. I believe Lord Stanley's Cup is once again heading your way. And Norm Green still sucks.

bennie, what say you?

After reading of the QB & RB heading to Bethel and the stalwart recruiting class from the greater Chicago area heading to U$Td in the fall, I just sent an email to Tom Stock asking that he mercifully withdraw from the MIAC schedule for the 2015 season. Perhaps taking a year off to regroup and find some crumbs on the recruiting trail and maybe comeback in 2016.....  :'(  that's all I've got.

Would this work, Pat?

+K  well done Sam
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Bob,

I am shocked that Wild did not give the Hawks more of a fight!  I did like the matchup...Wild in stead of the Blues! Thanks for eliminating them, The Blues would have been a more difficult time for the Hawks.  I was still impressed with the Wild and they remind me a lot of the Hawks in the way they play.  I was expecting a Hawks win in 6 or 7 games, not 4 game sweep!  Now the Ducks... I still cant believe that thats a real team (name) in the NHL.

You know how I love my Ducks! They are a formidable team this year.

Crawford has been the "X Factor" all season. If he was good they were winning, but he was not always good. I can't wait to see what the B'Hawks do about keeping all their stars because of salary cap concerns. I don't know how they have kept who they have so long as it is.

I watched the final game between the Ducks and Flames last night.  The Ducks monstered Calgary the whole last period and beat on them like a red-headed stepchild in the couple minutes of OT. They looked driven.

No more red cups.  A little birdie told me that SJU is going to be a dry campus starting next fall.  The faculty were informed of this during this past week.  This includes special events like Homecoming and reunions.  Developing . . .

RZ...curious to know if you have more details to share. I've reached out to a few contacts I have up in Collegeville and this was all news to them. Is it possible your source was/is misinformed?
