Can't say as I disagree.  I did not coin the term!

Just objected to Oz claiming Minnesota was UNIQUELY glorious in the fall.

One of the most spectacular I've ever seen was none of those I've so far named, but Spearfish Canyon in the northern Black Hills of South Dakota on a sunny late September day - THAT was incredible!  (Though almost all yellow/gold; I like the mix of red in there too.)

Well, they are a miniscule fraction of the problem, but I agree.  I enjoy my autumn drives, but enjoy my autumn walks or bike rides even more.  (Autumn canoe rides are best of all, but despite several wonderful days in a row, we just never made it out - I want a beachfront cabin, dammit! )

Those are also perfect opportunities to get something on tape which future coaches have to prepare for. I know that St. John's knows how to do this -- anyone want to go back and review the game tape from the 2003 Crown game where they threw everything, including the kitchen sink (my apologies to Kitchen Sink), on tape for playoff opponents?
