Ha!! Nope, never had the pleasure of meeting KR in person and the only Johnnies game I have ever had the pleasure of seeing..... well...... there wasn't much PLEASURE for the Johnnies fans!!!!

Think it would make the MN papers? May 1 is the date so we'll get a decision pretty soon. He's been gone on a lacrosse trip to SoCal though we talked about it last night. He says he feels pretty committed to SJU but his high school coach is pushing him to look at D1 programs and the junior college route (he thinks #2 son will get bigger, which has been the only knock on him from the D1 programs). I thought maybe he'd like San Jose State but when that didn't turn his head I started to feel pretty good about the Johnnies' chances.

A lawyer runs a stop sign and gets pulled over by a Sheriffs Deputy. He thinks that he is smarter than the Deputy because he is sure that he has a better education. He decides to prove this to himself and have some fun at the Deputy?s expense...........

Deputy says, "License and registration, please."

Lawyer says, "What for?"

Deputy says, "You didn't come to a complete stop at the stop sign."

Lawyer says, "I slowed down, and no one was coming."

Deputy says, "You still didn't come to a complete stop. License and registration, please."

Lawyer says, "What's the difference?"

Deputy says, "The difference is, you have to come to a complete stop, that's the law. License and registration, please!"

Lawyer says, "If you can show me the legal difference between slow down and stop, I'll give you my license and registration and you give me the ticket, if not you let me go and no ticket."

Deputy says, "Exit your vehicle, sir." At this point, the Deputy takes out his nightstick and starts beating the ever-loving crap out of the Lawyer and says: "DO YOU WANT ME TO STOP OR JUST SLOW DOWN?"

Wow, That is a first! I pulled up the West Region page and the MIAC board was the fifth one down. I don't believe I have ever seen it go lower than #3 before. Must be a slow afternoon.

Thought I better put this up before I leave. Just wrapping things up down here in the salt mine and I get a call out of the blue, some guy saw the Pace Arrow sitting out at the lake and found my number and wants to buy it. Told him I wasn't planning on selling it but I'd have to think about it.
I gotta tell you, after the tax payment I paid on Monday so Dick(head) Cheney could get his $1.9 million refund and the remaining balance to pay SJU, it's pretty damned tempting!

Yeah, he wants to buy it - but for how much?

KR is totally screwed. He'll want to keep his 2500 post level but he'll certainly want to get his 2 cents in on this. Maybe he can delete a post ...

I predict the MIAC lead in pages will soon be overtaken by the LL, esp. w/ KR having gone to the mattresses for six weeks (though his absence will slow them down some as well).
