Well, he was a full on terrorist.  Previously acquitted in 2009 on terror charges, he was on parole from from a subsequent B&E with aggravated assault.  Counter-terrorism police considered him low threat.  Don't they always after these events?  I think the police may need to reassess how they judge that.

Unfortunately, you can't lock someone up for being a probable a$$h@le terrorist. I wonder how he got acquitted in '09?

Just as an aside, it's always puzzled me why the jihadis believe that their reward in the afterlife is something that is forbidden on earth. If fornication with virgins is good in heaven, one would think that it should be good on earth. Just sayin'.....
