Fannosaurus Rex

There is a two year old filly named Collegeville Girl running in the fifth race at Saratoga tomorrow.

If it's an old nag (in disguise) the name fits and she's probably a Bennie!

Wow! You Tommies really go after the Johnnies every chance you get and vice-versa! I wish Mount had a rivalry like that. Or do I? Yeah, I do. At present, John Carroll is the best we have along those lines. In any case, I can still say - Go Everybody! Tommies, Johnnies, Raiders, Crusaders, ............

However, I did have a beer at the Rushmore Brewing Company in Custer that came in a pretentiously shaped glass and the bartender at Saloon 10 was a little smug. Might as well been on the campus of UST, but then a dog wondered in off the street and barfed on the sawdust floor underneath the chair Wild Bill Hickok was shot in and then started barking at a taxidermied jackalope. Really knocked everyone down a peg or two.

Good thing you weren't holding Aces & 8's.

He's harmeless--not even a real Tommie.

But you sir, on the other hand, are a real Johnnie? Aren't you? I thought so. Go Johnnies. See how I am. On one post it's Go Johnnies. On another it's Go Tommies. I don't know who I'm for, aside from Mount Union. I'm flexible! I'm unbiased! I'm impartial! OK! I' m wishy-washy! How about my usual - Go Everybody! Remember it's me. I'm old. I get mixed up and I forget things. ☠🏈🍺

Damn right!  As is my dad, father-in-law, and 3 brother-in-laws.  And my wife and her 2 sisters are Bennies (the female counterpart to SJU).

OK! I'm sure you bleed red AND white. I' m not a Johnnie, I'm a Purple Raider. But my team played your team, so, does that count for anything? (Forget the 2003 Stagg Bowl when St. John's cleaned our clock). Am I more a Johnnie than a Tommie? Help me out here!
Go Hawks! (OzJohnnies's Aussie team)! 🏉🇦🇺

Exactly! Tommie fan (not a Tommie) I only participate in good natured jabs (on the Tommie side). When the real mudslinging starts I'll be on the sidelines. I've got many good friends on both sides of the fence. Gotta love the rivalry though! Go Tommies! Go SJ2! oh hell, go everybody!

Sometimes, we even slip football stuff into the conversation. Although, who really tires of beer talk? Or, for that matter, fishing - if you're from Minnesota. But for now I'll simply say - Go Tommies. And, by the way, Go Raiders and Go Everybody! ☠🏈🍺🎣

Does USTBench know that I'm old. I get mixed up and I forget things! If not,  let him know. Maybe buy him a Milwaukee's Best! 🏈🍻

MUC

I'm sure he does know about your super powers! He usually just lurks on this board during the off-season and chimes in a little this time of year but will be a regular in the mix once the season gets cranking. He can knock back the Milwaukee's Best with the best of us, but he's a hotshot Lawyer and probably prefers some sort of high buck $$ craft or import beer. A good man none-the-less!

I'm literally wearing cowboy boots and fighting off the bubble guts from all the Keystone and Coors Light I drank in Deadwood, SD and Minot, ND last week.

Bench

I thought so, was just joshin' ya! I didn't think growing up where you were raised you'd be a FuFu drinker. You might want to consider Miller Lite, Milwaukee's Best Light or Busch Light, all of which have about half the carbs of Coors and Keystones. Just say'in.

Thought I would post this here considering the Grant family connections to SJU and the MIAC. The Grants have certainly had an impact on Minnesota sports the last 50 years. It's got to be tough on Bud.

Dear MUC57,

We all know you are a fierce Cleveland Browns fan and have been frustrated with their front office.

Not really a fierce Browns fan, but a fan. I root for the local team. I'm a longtime Redskins fan and a semi-fierce 49ers fan. Lived in the Bay Area for 16 years. Mostly, I'm a Purple Raider fan. Never a die-hard for any pro teams. But, and I say in closing, Go Everybody! ☠🏈
