Oh man, I haven't heard anyone mention Stite in a long time.  I don't think it exists anymore.

UST has Benedictine (Ill) scheduled for 2020 and 2021.

Assuming one of those games is in Lisle, we'll host the tailgate for all who come down.  Benedictine has a fantastic football facility.  Very excited to see those games played.

Benedictine must have come to their senses as they've decided to stay in D3 vs. move up to D2.

GoldandBlueBU covered it, and I wholeheartedly agree with his critique of it.

Actually, there have been bars in MN that have been busted for illegally hauling in kegs of it.

One such example:  Felony charges for former Maple Tavern owner, manager who sold Spotted Cow beer

My favorite New Glarus product is the Octoberfest called "Staghorn."  I am pretty indifferent to the Spotted Cow.

Staghorn is one of the best beers I've ever had. I actually make a yearly trip up to New Glarus between August and October just to get some. Their other best hands-down is Moonman. Those two beers are definitely the best New Glarus has to offer. Spotted Cow is good (and in Illinois, it's like a mystical, over hyped beer), but the brewery has better things to offer!

Some very good questions. Surprisingly well done, once you get past the background audio deafening you at the beginning.

Fair question around regular season preparing you for the UWO's and MHB's of the last couple years. In both cases they looked better on the stat sheet, but made mistakes that prevented them from moving on.

Looks like scheduling someone in Chicago-land will be a consistent theme and significant strategic venture as it ties to their recruiting efforts with the Catholic league in the area.

That's where I'm at. New Glarus is a top notch brewery. Spotted Cow isn't among the top 3-4 beers they make though. Good, but not great, and not worth the hype or traveling to get.

I would usually agree, but the brewery it's self is something to see!

Seems like they might need to bring in another producer for this.
