Don't forget that playoff games start an hour earlier! Oz, I will let you calculate what that will mean for you. For me it is a 10am start instead of 11am.

Whoa, that was a good tip.  5am for me then.  I would have been bummed if I had woken up and started watching an hour after the game was underway.

You might not have even missed the whole first quarter in this one.

Hi Everyone!  It has been years since I last posted and I was actually surprised that I remembered my password!

I sure feel better about SJU's chances of making a run in the playoffs now that we have someone that can make PATs.  I have a feeling that we might look back on the Concordia loss and realize that it was a blessing in disguise.  Without that loss, we would still be missing 50 % of our PATs and doing so would be our demise in a tight game.

Duff, swing by our tailgate on Saturday if you have a chance.  My son is always in the dome playing football and your son would be more than welcome to join him and the others.  Our group is under the 10 x 20 canopy which is easy to spot!

Go Johnnies!!

I wonder if it was a true resignation or some pressure/or else from the administration.

That'll be an interesting opening. Wonder who the candidates might be?

Veek: great to hear from you!

Maybe you will get to make a trip to Illinois again.

Veek, my man!  How's the new cooler?  ;D

We'll try to stop by, but getting to campus early seems to never happen, especially as games get colder.

TDT is all time QB for the games, so the kids do all the running  ;)
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

I'm writing up a letter of recommendation for Kole Heckendorf to get the job right now.

I have noticed wrestling coaches "resign" and this feels very similar.

You can't swing a dead cat in the Metro without hitting a former Auggie football alum coaching somewhere.  Maybe one of them?

Derrin Lamker - Head Coach at Edina

Scott Hvistendahl - University of Northwestern WR coach (Hazz knows him or is an inlaw of his - AO must know him)

Drew Privette

Someone from outside the school will probably take the job. SJU has an Auggie for a wrestling coach so why not a Johnnie for a football coach at Augsburg?

Hi Chris. TDT makes numerous requests.  Most go in one ear and out the other.  ;D

Duff, this makes cooler #3 for me.  I have won two and my father gave me his when he won one.

Our canopy has walls that we install when it is cold.  Last week they made their inaugural debut!  We had to unzip the corners so a little air could flow through as they were acting like sails but they did the job.  Luckily, Dana had ratchet straps along so we were able to secure the corners of the canopy to two trucks.  Hopefully you can stop by and check it out.
Go Johnnies!!!
