buffalo?
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

I don't know what species it is but it's a female and she's smiling (probably a blonde).

Nice call, Flash!  Specifically, a smallmouth buffalo.

If only there was a way to change the time-stamp on posts - we could all look like geniuses! ;D

Retired Old Rat

A drunk man who smelled like beer sat down on a subway next to a priest.

The man's tie was stained, his face was plastered with red lipstick, and a half-empty bottle of gin was sticking out of his torn coat pocket. He opened his newspaper and began reading.

After a few minutes the man turned to the priest and asked, "Say Father, what causes arthritis?"

The priest replies, "My Son, it's caused by loose living, being with
cheap, wicked women, too much alcohol, contempt for your fellow man, sleeping around with prostitutes and lack of a bath."

The drunk muttered in response, "Well, I'll be damned, " Then returned to his paper.

The priest, thinking about what he had said, nudged the man and
apologized. "I'm very sorry. I didn't mean to come on so strong. How long have you had arthritis?"

The drunk answered, "I don't have it, Father. I was just reading here
    that the Pope does."

MORAL: Make sure you understand the question before offering the answer.

Hey, Oz!  Newsfront is on!  Never seen it before.

I had never heard of it before.  Is it any good?

The wife doesn't admit to knowing anything about it as it "is before her time."  If she knew anything about it she wouldn't admit it anyway, I would guess.

Granted it is a bit early but a little football news:

Is Boyle not playing baseball due to his knee injury or due to focus on football?
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

What I saw I thought was pretty good.  Oz movies didn't seem to exist in the US until The Man from Snowy River or something about that time, so that was the first time I'd ever heard of it.  There was a HBO/McCabe & Mrs Miller style show on early days in Oz-land at least 20 years ago on PBS that i thought was pretty good but it was a one-off sort of thing here it appears.
