I knew of a guy who was arrested for operating a riding lawn mower intoxicated.  He didn't mount a bar stool or anything but just drove the mower itself.   He'd already lost his license so he couldn't drive a car.  But even that didn't stop him from coming to town to drink.  After that he rode a horse.  Then the police gave him a disorderly conduct ticket for public intoxication.

Another guy was arrested when he fled police driving a front end loader.  He fled to a church parking lot because he was so drunk he thought being on church property gave him immunity.  He was mistaken.

This sounds like the lyrics of a Country & Western song.   ;D

All you folks may already be aware of this, but I'll inform the board anyway.  I noticed on Frank Rajkowski's blog that the Johnnies will be starting Spring practice this Sunday.  It's getting close...  Only 156 days, 11 hours, 47 minutes and 52 seconds to go until 1pm CST on September 5th.

So far I've found 2 places to buy motorized bar stools. One has them for $1795.00, the other $3300.00.....Getting Mrs. Flash to agree that I really need one........priceless.

I've got something better for you, Flash.  Using this, you'll never have to worry about where your next beer is coming from.

Judge JR, just going up to check out the receding Red River?

Sumander, the Red River and the Fargo Babe. I suppose I should stop at Cobberland and remind the Cobber football players that they would never have to worry about flood conditions if they were attending school in Collegeville. ;)

Probably a great idea, but I don't think there will be any one there! School was closed this entire week for all 3 colleges I believe.

River level is well below the permanent dikes now. Hopefully the second crest will be below them as well.
